1. General Provisions
Recipients of the Indonesian Education Scholarship (BPI) are entitled to receive Study Funds
with components and amounts as regulated in the LPDP Main Director Regulations after being
designated as Scholarship Recipients through a Decree of the LPDP Main Director. The
duration of funding for Scholarship Recipients is adjusted to the study period as stated in the
documentLetter of Guarantee(LoG).
Scholarship recipients can start applying for disbursement of funds after receiving account activation on
the pageMonitoring and Evaluation Information System (Simonev) . Every application for funds made
through Simonev will be verified within a maximum timeframe of 5 (five) working days West Indonesia
Time. Meanwhile, disbursement of funds will be carried out within a maximum time limit of 10 (ten)
working days West Indonesian Time from the time the application is declared complete and approved
by the LPDP.

If you experience an excess in receiving Scholarship Funds from LPDP, Scholarship


Recipients are required to return the funds to the following account:

2. Scholarship Fund Components


2.1.The LPDP Study Fund component consists of Education Funds and Supporting Fees
which include:
ana Education Supporting costs
. Tuition Funds (Tuition Fee); a. Transportation Fund;
. Registration Funds; b. Visa Application Fund;
. Book Allowance Fund; c. Health Insurance Fund;
. Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Fund; d. Arrival Fund;
. International Seminar Assistance Fund; e. Monthly Living Fund;
. International Journal Publication f. Emergency Fund (Force
Assistance Fund. Majeure);
. International Competition Fund;
. Family Support Fund;
. Graduation Incentive.
2.2.In addition, there are special Education Funds and Supporting Fees intended for the
BPI Specialist Doctor Program which consists of:
ana Special Education Special Support Fees
. Mandatory Course Training Fund; . Mandatory Course Transportation Fund;
. Skills Testing Fund; . Competency Test Transportation Fund.
. Competency Test Fund.

2.3.Scholarship recipients with special needs (disabilities) can receive additional support
costs consisting of:
a. Companion Visa Application Fund;
b. Accompanying Transportation Fund;
c. Companion Health Insurance Fund;
d. Allowance Fund for Companions.

3. Tuition Funds (tuition fees)


3.1.The Education Development Contribution Fund (SPP) is hereinafter referred to as the SPP
Fund (Tuition Fee) are funds provided to cover tuition fees and matriculation fees
outside of improving language competency.
3.2.Tuition fees are paid directly to the university in accordance with the provisions of the
university concerned. If the university cannot receive tuition payments directly from
the LPDP, the funds can be paid to the Scholarship Recipient first with the
Scholarship Recipient's obligation to report proof of payment to the LPDP.

3.3.SPP is paid each period based on the nominal billed in the invoice/invoice.

3.4.Tuition fees that can be paid are tuition fees for the full semester, meanwhilefield trips
cannot be financed. Participation in short semesters can be funded provided that
the courses taken are mandatory and not for the purpose of repeating previous
courses.
3.5.Domestic scholarship recipients who take part in a non-language matriculation program
with a total study period of more than the maximum study duration limit can apply for
the matriculation tuition fees using a replacement mechanism (reimbursement) in the
first semester after the Scholarship Recipient starts studying.
3.6.Payment of SPP Funds is carried out using the following mechanism:
3.6.1. Domestic:
a. Payment of tuition fees for domestic universities is made jointly based on the list
of names included in the cooperation agreement with the universities. The
university will immediately convey itinvoices/invoice to LPDP so that no payment
application is required from the Scholarship Recipient. However, if there are
Scholarship Recipients who have not registered in the cooperation agreement,
then payment can be made by submitting a payment application including
documentsinvoices/SPP invoice or other billing documents.

b. SPP payments for component 2 are made individuallyreimbursementin the 1st semester
after the Scholarship Recipient starts studying.
3.6.2. Overseas:
Tuition fees payments will be sent directly to the college account after the
scholarship recipient or university sends itinvoices/SPP invoice. If the tuition fee bill
has been paid in advance by the scholarship recipient, the reimbursement can be
submitted to the LPDP by attaching itinvoicesalong with proof of payment of the
SPP.

4. Registration Funds
4.1.Registration Funds are funds used to register for master's or doctoral programs at
both domestic and foreign universities, or specialist medical programs at domestic
universities, and only include funds paid directly to universities.

4.2.Registration funds for study destination universities can be covered by the LPDP. These
funds are paid a maximum of 1 (one) time provided that the Scholarship Recipient
has been declared accepted by the university. The nomenclature commonly used by
several universities includes:
a. Registration fee;
b. Examination Fees;
c. Registration fee;
d. Re-registration Fee;
e. Development Fee which is only paid 1 (one) time during the study period;
f. Library Fees;
g. Campus Orientation and Introduction Registration Fees;
h. Administrative costs;
i. Student Fees;
j. Tuition Fee Contribution which is only paid 1 (one) time during the study period.

4.3.Other costs such as checking documents, sending documents, and administration fees
Others that arise during higher education registration, especially at foreign
universities, cannot be funded by the LPDP.
4.4.In the event that the Scholarship Recipient registers at more than 1 (one) tertiary
institution, fee reimbursement can only be made for the registration process at the
tertiary institution listed in the LoG document.
4.5.Bank Administration fee/transferthat arise as a result of payment of registration funds cannot
be submitted for reimbursement.
4.6.Payment of Registration Funds is made prior to sending an invoice by the Scholarship
Recipient or university to the LPDP. Apart from that, if the bill for registration funds
has been paid in advance by the Scholarship Recipient, then the reimbursement can
be submitted to the LPDP by attaching itinvoicesalong with proof of payment of the
registration funds.
4.7.The final deadline for applying for Registration Funds is 6 (six) months after starting
studies.
4.8.In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under an examination period for alleged
violations of the scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the
deadline for submitting funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results
are published.

5. Book Allowance
5.1.Book Allowance Funds are funds provided to cover the costs of purchasing books
related to study or lecture activities.

5.2.The Book Allowance Fund is paid on a regular basislump sumto Scholarship Recipients
according to the amount stated in the AttachmentAonce every 1 (one) year during the
study period by following the following conditions:
a. study period of less than 18 months receives 1 book allowance;
b. study period between 18 to 29 months receiving 2 times book allowance;
c. study period between 30 to 41 months receiving 3 times book allowance;
d. study period between 42 to 53 months receiving 4 times book allowance;
e. study period between 54 to 65 months receiving 5 times book allowance;
f. study period of more than 65 months receives 6 times the book allowance.
5.3.The book allowance is paid according to the currency of the Scholarship Recipient's monthly living
fund.
5.4.The amount of the Book Allowance Fund is in the AttachmentAtake effect fromAugust 25, 2022.
5.5.The final deadline for applying for Book Allowance Funds is the date of graduation from higher education.

5.6.In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of
the scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for
submitting funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are
published.
5.7.Disbursement of book allowances is carried out using the following mechanism:
5.7.1. Domestic:
a. Disbursement of the first year book allowance is submitted independently through
Simonev by attaching an Active Certificate for at least the past 6 months and a
Study Plan Card (KRS) for the current period.
b. Disbursement for the second year and beyond is carried out automatically at the same time as
the disbursement of the Monthly Life Fund if the Scholarship Recipient has been declared to
have met the academic requirements.
5.7.2. Overseas:
a. Disbursement of the first year book allowance is submitted independently through Simonev
by attaching itenrollment letter,boarding passesdeparture, arrival immigration stamp from
destination country/proof of self-reporting at the Representative Office of the Republic of
Indonesia.
b. Disbursement for the second year and beyond is carried out automatically at the same time as
the disbursement of the Monthly Life Fund if the Scholarship Recipient has been declared to
have met the academic requirements.

6. Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Fund


6.1.Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds are funds provided to cover costs
incurred in completing a thesis/dissertation, including research costs and/or
laboratory usage costs.
6.2.Provisions for Transfer of Funds for Dissertation Thesis research assistance
a. For Prospective Scholarship Recipients who are determined to be Scholarship
Recipients through a Scholarship Recipient Determination Decree and/or Statement
Letter (SP) before August 25, 2022Not yet apply for Thesis/Dissertation Research
Assistance Funds, then those applying for Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance
Funds can choose to use the mechanism provisionsat costor lump sum.

b. For Prospective Scholarship Recipients who are determined to be Scholarship Recipients
through a Scholarship Recipient Determination Decree and/or Statement Letter (SP)
after on August 25 2022, applications for Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds
fully use the provisions of the mechanismlump sum.
c. For Scholarship Recipients who are still within the duration of LPDP funding and have
applied for Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds using the mechanismat
costso:
i. Scholarship recipients are allowed to continue with Thesis/Dissertation
Research Assistance Funds using at cost provisions.
ii. Scholarship recipients can choose to use lump sum provisions, with the
following conditions:
• If the Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds disbursed at cost
exceed the lump sum value, the Scholarship Recipient must return the
excess funds to the LPDP following the lump sum mechanism.
Scholarship recipients can make notifications via LPDP assistance
ticketby informing the Name, NIB, Study Program, Study University,
Transfer Date and Transfer Amount, attaching proof of transfer and a
statement letter containing the Scholarship Recipient requesting a
change in the application for research funding assistance from at cost
to lump sum. Appendix E
• If the Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds disbursed at cost are
less than the lump sum value, the Scholarship Recipient can be given the
difference in funds less than the lump sum value following the lump sum
mechanism. Scholarship recipients who are still within the funding
duration can apply for the difference in Research Assistance Funds via
Simonev by attaching the lump sum mechanism document for stage 1
first.
6.3.Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds Through MechanismsAt Cost
a. Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds are paid 1 (one) timeat cost during
the study period in accordance with the proposal and budget plan approved by
the LPDP with the maximum amount as stated in the AttachmentB.
b. If the research funds are managed by the university and have been billed to the LPDP,
the Scholarship Recipient can no longer apply for Thesis/Dissertation Research
Assistance Funds.
c. Master's program scholarship recipientsfull courseworkand/or with a study
period of less than 12 (twelve) months are not permitted to apply for Thesis/
Dissertation Research Assistance Funds.
6.4.Maximum cost of Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Fundsat costthat can be
approved are as follows:
6.4.1. Domestic:
a. IDR 15,000,000.00 for thesis research that does not use a laboratory.

b. IDR 25,000,000.00 for thesis research using a laboratory.


c. IDR 60,000,000.00 for dissertation research that does not use a laboratory.

d. IDR 75,000,000.00 for dissertation research using a laboratory.

6.4.2. Overseas:
a. IDR 30,000,000.00 for thesis research that does not use a laboratory.

b. IDR 50,000,000.00 for thesis research using a laboratory.


c. IDR 120,000,000.00 for dissertation research that does not use a laboratory.

d. IDR 150,000,000.00 for dissertation research using a laboratory.

6.5.The components of the Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Fund that can be


submitted are as follows, while the percentage of each component can be seen in the
AppendixC:
6.5.1. Funds/Costs for Consumable Materials, including subcomponents:
a. Office Stationery (ATK)
b. Chemicals, fertilizers and other materials from research objects
c. ConsumptionFocus Group Discussion(FGD)
d. Respondent souvenirs (in the form of physical goods). Maximum financing for
souvenirs is IDR 50,000/respondent
6.5.2. Duplication Funds/Costs are costs incurred as a result of duplicating proposals or thesis/
dissertation reports, including subcomponents:
a. Duplication of proposals or thesis/dissertation reports
b. Instrument doubling
c. Purchase and/or duplication of data (to add a price reference for purchasing data)

6.5.3. Funds/Costs for Test Honors and Equipment Rental, namely the honorarium required for material
testing activities that must be carried out, including subcomponents:
a. Material testing honorarium, namely the honorarium required for paid material
testing activities. Material Testing Honorees must attach price references/offers
from laboratory/service providers, the number of samples tested must be clearly
stated in the research proposal.
b. Validation test fees are given to a maximum of 8 (eight) validators/experts/experts with a
maximum of 3 validation tests, and a maximum price of IDR 500,000/test.
c.Proofreading, can be given to scholarship recipients either domestically or
overseas. Component valueproofreadingfor the Master's program the maximum
is IDR 5,000,000 and the maximum for the Doctoral program is IDR 10,000,000.

d. Equipment rental component, equipment needed for research will be accommodated in the
form of equipment rental and not equipment purchase. Rental of equipment/services can be
provided if the equipment/services are part of the research substance and a reference to the
official price for renting equipment/services from the vendor must be attached to the RAB.

6.5.4. Other Funds/Costs, including subcomponents:


a. Funds/Transportation Costs are funds provided if the research is carried out outside the city or
outside the researcher's country of residence/study. The conditions for applying for
transportation funds are regulated as follows:
i. Transportation costs that can be covered are a maximum of one round trip
transportation (airplanes must use standard economy class) from the
country/city of study to the country/city of the research destination.

ii. The permitted flights are one round trip international flight and/or two
domestic flights in one trip.

iii. If research is carried out in several cities in the research destination country, it will
be funded by the schemeone round,
iv. The public transportation used is economy class planes, maximum executive
class trains, or buses/travelnon-luxury.
v. Must include planned departure and return times, city/country of origin and
travel destination on the RAB.
vi. Must attach a price reference from the airline/train used to the RAB.

vii. Local transport/accommodation (including petrol/vehicle rental costs) is not


covered.
b. Accommodation funds/costs are provided if the research is conducted outside the study city,
provided that:
i. Minimum stay is 10 days
ii. Maximum amount IDR 500,000/month
iii. Maximum stay of 6 (six) months.
c. Funds/Purchase costssoftwareor application, with the following conditions:
i. Must attach a certificate from the College/Faculty/Department/Supervisor/
College
Supervisor softwarewhat is meant issoftwarespecial and not providedthat
by
universities.

ii. Obtain approval from LPDP.


d. Funds/Costsethical clearance, with the obligation to attach an official price reference
from the agency/institution.
6.6.Cost componentsNoLPDP can cover, among others:
a. Equipment purchase costs and/orfixed assets;
b. Costs resulting from moving research locations such as visa costs/residence
permitand health insurance;
c. Examination/seminar fees;
d. Journal publication costs;
e. Goods/courier shipping costs;
f. Transcription and/or translation costs;
g. Book purchase costs;
h. Honorarium which includes data processing honorarium, examiner's honorarium, questionnaire filling
honorarium, researcher's honorarium, research assistant's honorarium, and other honorariums that
do not have strong evidence;
i. Local transportation costs, including: taxi, bus, city transportation, petrol, etc.;
j. Communication costs, such as credit, internet, etc.;
k. Cost of replacing damaged goods;
l. Other unexpected costs.
6.7.Phase 1 Thesis/Dissertation Research Funds are submitted no later than the end of the LPDP
funding duration. Phase 2 Thesis/Dissertation Research Funds are submitted no later than 3
(three) months after being declared successful.
6.8.In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is in the examination period for alleged violations of
the scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, then the limit

The end of the application for funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are
published.
6.9.The mechanism for submitting and paying for Thesis/Dissertation Research Funds is as
follows:
a. Thesis/Dissertation Research Fund Application Documents are as follows
1. Statement of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM) according to the LPDP format. Format
is available in the AppendixE.
2. Research thesis/dissertation proposal signed by the supervisor and has gone
through the Proposal Examination stage. The proposal methodology must contain
information on the number of samples/data/respondents/population, how the
sample/data was collected, and what sample tests/data validation were carried out.

3. Draft Budget and Costs (RAB) according to the format in the AppendixFand
signed by the scholarship recipient and supervisor.
4. Statement Letter from the Supervisor/Supervisor stating that the Proposal
and RAB submitted have been examined and approved by the supervisor.

5. Certificate from the university/faculty/study program that the research is not


funded by the campus.
6. Official document established by the university/faculty/department/
supervisor/supervisor stating that the research can be carried out;

7. Certificate from the university/faculty/study program that the study program


being taken is not a programfull coursework(Especially for Overseas
Masters).
b. Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds will be paid according to the value approved
by the LPDP to the Scholarship Recipient's account.
c. Changes to the RAB after the RAB has been approved can be made by submitting a
request for changes to the RAB accompanied by reasons and evidence. Submissions
can be made via support ticket and must wait for approval from the LPDP. Proof of
approval for changes to the RAB must later be attached to the LPJ.
d. Payment of Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds is carried out in 2 stages:
1. The first stage is 75% after the RAB proposal is approved by the LPDP; And
2. The second stage is 25% by attaching the LPJ (LPJ provisions refer to point
6.10), thesis/dissertation and certificate of passing the thesis/dissertation
examination.
e. If the Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Fund is managed by a university,
scholarship recipients can apply for payment and attach it invoice/invoice.

f. If the Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Fund has been given to a university,


Scholarship Recipients can no longer apply for Thesis/Dissertation Research
Assistance Funds.
g. Application procedure:
1. Scholarship recipients apply for research funding assistance through Simonev within
the submission time frame by attaching complete documents according to the
schedule in the AttachmentD.

2. The analyst team will analyze the completeness and suitability of the contents of the submitted
documents. Documents that are deemed complete and appropriate are temporarily approved
with an approval nominal of IDR 1.00 on Simonev's application.
3. During the assessment time schedule, the analyst team will analyze the contents of the submission
documents that have been received.
4. On the time schedule for the Announcement of Decision Results, the analyst team will
inform you of the nominal amount of the research funding application that has been
approved by the LPDP.
6.10 Report on the Use of Research Funds (LPJ Research Funds)
For Scholarship Recipients who apply for Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds
using the mechanismat costis obliged to provide a report on the use of LPJ funds for
research funds with the following conditions:
a. Obligation to report LPJ (format according to attachmentG) no later than 3 months after
the graduation trial.
b. LPJ research funds are accompanied by real photos of the purchased goods and
evidence stating the name of the purchased goods. If the evidence uses a
language other than Indonesian, the scholarship recipient must translate that
language into Indonesian.
c. LPJ Thesis/dissertation research funding assistance consists of 2 (two) document files, namely:
i. Excel file of funds usage report
ii. PDF file of funds usage report with proof of payment added
d. Proof of Submitting a Report on the Use of Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds and
Proof of Refund of the Difference in Research Assistance Funds are conditions for approval
of the Return Ticket Application.
e. For Scholarship Recipients whose application for Thesis/Dissertation Research
Funding Assistance is submitted before August 25 2022, report the use of
research funds to the email address lpdp.lpj@kemenkeu.go.id .
6.11.Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds Through MechanismsLumsum
6.12. If necessary, Scholarship Recipients are allowed to obtain scholarship assistance with Thesis/
Dissertation Research Funds from other sources with the following requirements:
a. Does not come from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN)/Regional
Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD)
b. Does not conflict with other provisions in the LPDP, and
c. Obtain LPDP approval. Submission of a permit application can be done through a
support ticket by attaching a decision document for granting funding from
sources other than LPDP or other supporting documents that state the origin
and amount of funds provided.
6.13. Master's program scholarship recipientsfull courseworkand/or with a study period of
less than 12 (twelve) months are not permitted to apply for Thesis/Dissertation
Research Assistance Funds.
6.14. The maximum costs for Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds that can be approved
are as follows:
6.14.1.Domestic:
a. Thesis is IDR 20,000,000.00.
b. Dissertation amounting to IDR 50,000,000.00.
6.14.2.Overseas:
a. Thesis is IDR 40,000,000.00.

b. Dissertation amounting to IDR 100,000,000.00.
6.15. Mechanism for Submitting Funds for Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistancelump sum
as follows:
a. Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Fund is 1 (one) timelump sum for the duration of
LPDP financing in accordance with the provisions of each program.
b. For Master's program Scholarship Recipientsfull courseworkare not permitted to apply
for Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds.
c. Phase 1 Thesis/Dissertation Research Funds are submitted no later than the end of the LPDP
funding duration. Phase 2 Thesis/Dissertation Research Funds are submitted no later than 3
months after being declared to have passed the thesis/dissertation examination.
d. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for suspected violations
of the scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for
submitting funds is no later than 3 months after the examination results are published.

6.16. Payment method


a. The first disbursement is paid at 75% according to the amount of each program
provided that the following documents are attached:
1. Thesis/dissertation research proposal that has been presented at a seminar and has
been approved by the university
2. Statement of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM) which explains that it will not
use other funding sourced from the APBN/APBD and does not conflict
with applicable regulations (format is in the AttachmentE); And

3. Certificate from the university/faculty/study program that the research is


not funded by the campus; And
4. Minutes of seminar sessions; or
5. Thesis/dissertation proposal validation sheet that has been signed by the
examining team; or
6. Documents official Which set college
college/faculty/department/lecturer mentor/supervisor Which
states that the research can be carried out;
7. Certificate from the university/faculty/study program stating that the study
program being taken is notfull coursework(especially for Masters in
Foreign Affairs).
b. The second disbursement is paid at 25% according to the amount of each program
with the provision that it is paid only after the scholarship recipient submits:
1. Thesis/Dissertation that has passed the trial;
2. Letter Information Passed (SKL) from college
college/faculty/department/supervisor/supervisor;
3. Documents explaining how to obtain funding other than APBN/APBD (if
any).
c. If the Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds include Tuition Funds/Fees
paid by LPDP to universities, then Scholarship Recipients can no longer apply for
Thesis/Dissertation Research Assistance Funds.
d. Scholarship recipients who have received disbursement of Thesis/Dissertation Research
Assistance Funds are required to submit their proposed Thesis/Dissertation to the LPDP at
the end of their studies.

7. International Seminar Assistance Fund
7.1. International Seminar Assistance Funds are funds provided to help cover costs
incurred as a result of activities as a speaker in international seminars during the
study period.
7.2. International Seminar/Conference Assistance Funds are paid on an annual basisat costwith a
maximum ceiling as follows:
a. IDR 5,000,000,- if the international seminar/conference is held in the same
country as the university of study;
b. Rp. 15,000,000,- if the international seminar/conference is held outside the
country of the university of study;
7.3. Applications for funds for master's programs are permitted a maximum of 1 (one) time during the study
period and for doctoral programs a maximum of 2 (two) times during the study period.
7.4. International Seminar/Conference Assistance Funds can be provided after obtaining
approval from the LPDP first.
7.5. Provisions for international seminars/conferences that can be funded by LPDP:
a. International seminars/conferences have specific themes/topics and are in accordance
with the scholarship recipient's scientific field;
b. Scholarship recipients act as speakers (outside of poster presentation sessions) according
to their scientific field, not as participants, committee members, or invited guests;
c. International seminar/conference participants come from at least 5 (five)
countries outside the main speaker's country of origin;
d. Organizers of international seminars/conferences are professional associations,
universities or research institutions on a national/international scale;
e. The results of international seminars/conferences are publishedproceedingsand
indexed in reputable international scientific literature data centers;
f. Evaluation of the results/work of international seminars/conferences usingblind review
method;
g. LPDP limits funding approval to a maximum of 5 (five) scholarship recipients in
the same activity at the same time for the same seminar and activity date;

h. Obtain approval or recommendation from the supervisor to participate in


international seminar/conference activities;
i. Include the name of LPDP in both articles/slideswhich is presented; And
j. Main speaker (keynote speakers) has an international reputation with an index of
more than equal to two.
7.6. The International Seminar Assistance Fund includes 3 (three) components, namely:
a. Economy class round trip ticket (PP) if the seminar is held outside the city/country
of residence of the university where you are studying. Maximum departure is H-2
and maximum return is H+2. Transportation to and from the station/airport
including other local transportation cannot be funded. If traveling by air must be
via a transit flight, the maximum transit time is 12 hours.

b. Accommodation costs for a maximum of 2 (two) nights at maximum cost


600,000/night; And

c. International seminar registration fee (at cost). Publication costs for papers
presented at international seminars and costs such as supporting equipment for
online seminars such as quotas, etc. cannot be covered.
7.7. The final deadline for applying for International Seminar Assistance Funds is 3 (three) months after being
declared successful.
7.8. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of
the scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for
submitting funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are
published.
7.9. The flow of application and disbursement of International Seminar Assistance Funds is as
follows:
a. Submission of approval to the LPDP is carried out while it is still within the LPDP
financing period no later than D-14 of the activity https://
helpan.lpdp.kemenkeu.go.id by filling in the form in the AttachmentHand attach
the following documents:
1)Acceptance(LoA) from the organizer which states that the scholarship
recipient is accepted aspresenter oral;
2) Proof of seminar activities by attaching the web seminar link/seminar
organizer page,flyersorprintoutseminar information, as well as seminar
schedules;
3) Evidenceblind review methodor information from the organizer that the paper was
reviewed using the methodBlind Review;
4) Information from the organizer that the paper will be published in proceedings and
indexed at a reputable international institution for scientific literature data centers;

5) Papers submittedsubmitor presented (listing LPDP as funder);

6) Letter of Recommendation from Supervisor/Supervisor;


7) H-Index Screenshot Proof ofKeynote Speaker(H-index is more than equal to
two);
8) Excel Form for Submitting International Seminar Approval;
9) Proof that the activity was attended by foreign participants from at least five countries
outside Indonesia (WNI participants studying abroad, the Committee andKeynote
Speakernot included).
b. Application for replacement (reimbursement) International Seminar Assistance Funds are
provided through Simonev no later than 3 (three) months after being declared
successful. Documents that need to be attached to the application include:
1) Proof of approval to participate in international seminar/conference activities from LPDP;

2) Details of Fund Expenditures and exchange rate conversion to IDR according to the transaction date,
because reimbursement can only be reimbursed at the IDR exchange rate;
3) Proof of payment (invoices) registration for international seminars/conferences,
transportation and accommodation (hotel);
4)Boarding passes;
5) Certificate aspresenter oralor speaker;
6) Documentation of activities when LPDP is named as funder;

7) Diploma and transcript (if submittedreimbursementcarried out after the
scholarship recipient has graduated).
c. Sending International Seminar Assistance Funds is directed to the Scholarship Recipient's
bank account.

8.International Journal Publication Assistance Fund


8.11. International Journal Publication Assistance Funds are funds provided to help cover
costs incurred as a result of registration for international journal publications in
which Scholarship Recipients participate during the study period.
8.12. International Journal Publication Assistance Funds are paid on an annual basislump sumand given a
maximum of 1 (one) time during the study period for master's and specialist doctor programs, and a
maximum of 2 (two) times during the study period for doctoral programs.
8.13. The amount of International Journal Publication Assistance Funds is as follows:
a. International Journal Category Q1 IDR 25,000,000;
b. International Journal Category Q2 IDR 15,000,000.
8.4 Criteria for publications that can be funded by LPDP are as follows:
a. The topic of the published publication must be in line with the field of science or study
program taken by the Scholarship Recipient;
b. Publications are written in one of the official UN languages, namely English, French, Spanish,
Chinese, Russian and Arabic
c. Publication does not constitutepapers/articles used by Scholarship Recipients in
international seminars/conferences or other activities funded by LPDP;

d. International journals published in the Q1 and Q2 categories which can be


verified on the reputable international journal ranking page;
e. LPDP's name must be included in the publication of the article as funder/sponsor.

8.15. Payment applications are submitted via the Simonev page (in IDR currency) and submitted no
later than 3 (three) months after being declared passed and the journal LoA date is still
within the study period according to the LoG. Documents that need to be attached to the
application include:
a.Acceptance Letterfrom the publisher where the journal receipt date is still within the LPDP
financing period (incentives can be given even though the journal has not yet been
published, with supporting data in the form ofacceptance letter);
b. For journals that have been published, you must attach a link/linkarticles that can be
verified on the Publisher's page;
c.ScreenshotsJournal categories Q1 and Q2 verified on the page http://
www.scimagojr.com/;
d. Article/full paperpublished (the name of LPDP must be included in the publication
of the article as funder/sponsor);
e. Diplomas and transcripts (if submittedreimbursementcarried out after the scholarship
recipient has graduated).
8.16. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are published.

9. Transportation Fund
9.1. Transportation Funds are funds provided to meet costs from/to the area of origin to/
return to the location of the destination university.
9.2. Scholarship recipients are allowed to choose one of the available types of public
transportation as the main transportation provided that:
a. When using air transportation, Scholarship Recipients are only allowed to take
economy class flights.
b. When using the train, Scholarship Recipients are only allowed to take executive
class trains (non KRL).
9.3. Transportation Funds are paid for flights from the nearest airport to the city of residence, to
the nearest airport to the destination university city and vice versa. Transportation funds
have the following provisions:
a. Inter-city or inter-provincial flight ticket which includes 1 (one) trip leaving before
the study starts, and 1 (one) return trip after the study is finished;

b. Economy class flight tickets. The use of tickets other than economy class cannot be
funded by the LPDP;
c. If the journey must be via a transit flight, the maximum transit allowed is 12
hours per transit;
d. Baggage fees on airlines that provide separate baggage purchases can be
refunded with a maximum limit of 20kg.
9.4. Components of Transportation Funds that cannot be covered by the LPDP include:
a. Transportation costs for the Scholarship Recipient's family, except for the Scholarship Recipient's
family members with disabilities who accompany them during their studies.
b. Airport Tax Fee which is separate from the ticket price;
c. Additional baggage fee (overweight);
d. Transportation costs from/to the airport/station/port/terminal, for example: train,
ship, taxi, motorbike taxi,shuttle bus, city transportation, etc.
e. Return and departure costs such as during holidays, holidays or returning home
due to a family experiencing a disaster.
9.5. Departure and return flight ticket schedules must coincide with the study period. The
departure ticket schedule is a maximum of 20 (twenty) days before the study period,
while the return ticket schedule is a maximum of 1 (one) month after the study
ends. It is possible for Scholarship Recipients to leave for their study location earlier
or return later than stipulated as long as there are activities related to their studies.
For example, departure is requested early because it is required to attend
orientation or matriculation, or return is postponed because of graduation. The
place of return can be other than the nearest airport/station in the destination
university city due to study-related activities or other activities approved by the
LPDP.
9.6. Transportation Funds for Companions of Disabled Scholarship Recipients follow the provisions
for Transportation Funds for Scholarship Recipients.
9.7. Transportation funds for companions of scholarship recipients with special needs (disabilities)
are submitted together with the scholarship recipient's transportation funds.
9.8. Deadline for Transportation Fund applications:

a. 4 (four) months after the Scholarship Recipient arrives in the destination city/country
or after completing the administration of the statement letter for departure
transportation, and
b. 4 (four) months after Scholarship Recipient:
1) declared passed;
2) the final duration of the study approved by the LPDP;
3) duration of internship approved by LPDP; or
4) other things approved by the LPDP
for return transportation.
9.9. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of
the scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for
submitting funds is no later than 1 (one) month after the examination results are
published.
9.10. Scholarship recipients can apply for flight ticket financing to LPDP through the
following mechanism:
a. Replacement of flight tickets previously obtained independently. This
replacement is submitted by attaching documents including:
1) Flight tickets that include the price, name and flight route;
2)Invoices, if the price is not stated on the ticket;
3)Boarding passes.
b. Via a ticket agent appointed by LPDP with the email address tiket-
lpdp@hisworld.com .

10.Visa Application Funds


10.1. Visa applications are provided according to student visa requirements or application payment
residence permitthroughout the duration of the study period. Scholarship recipients can
apply for reimbursement of either visa application funds or processing feesresidence permit
.
10.2. Visa replacement is paid according to the regular visa processing rateat cost. If visa
processing uses services other than regular services, these costs cannot be
reimbursed. Likewise, the costs that arise accompanying visa processing such as
health checks, priority, administration fees, agent fees and so on.

10.3. Visa Application Funds for Companions of Scholarship Recipients with special needs
(disabilities) follow the provisions for Scholarship Recipient Visa Application Funds.
10.4. The final deadline for submitting Visa Application Funds is 6 (six) months after starting
studies or an approved visa extension.
10.5. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are published.

10.6. Reimbursement of visa processing costs can be applied for by attaching the following
documents:
a.Invoices/invoice for regular visa processing fees;
b. Proof of payment.

11.Health Insurance Fund
11.1. Health Insurance Funds are funds paid for the benefit of paying Scholarship
Recipients' health insurance during the study period.
11.2. The amount of insurance for domestic destination Scholarship Recipients is paid individuallylump sum
according to BPJS Health class 1 (one) insurance premium contributions.
11.3. The amount of insurance for Scholarship Recipients for overseas destinations which has been
regulated by the university and/or destination country will be paid accordinglyat costfor
schema basic planbased on the nominal stated ininvoices/invoice.
11.4. The amount of insurance for Scholarship Recipients going abroad which is not regulated by
the university and/or destination country is paid for the schemebasic planin a way at cost
with a maximum limit of IDR 29,000,000.
11.5. If the insurance premium adds other coverage outside the schemebasic plan, then the
insurance premium paid is only limited to the premium valuebasic plan.
11.6. If the insurance policy combines the insurance premium value of the Scholarship Recipient with the
family members brought along, then the insurance premium is only paid in the amount of the
Scholarship Recipient's insurance premium.
11.7. Scholarship recipients for domestic purposes can apply or reimburse fees (
reimbursement) insurance that will/has been paid for 1 year. Submission or
reimbursement of costs (reimbursement) is carried out by attaching the following
documents:
a. BPJS card contained in the JKN application;
b. InfoVirtual Accountscontained in the JKN application;
c. Contribution information contained in the JKN application if you apply for insurance
costs, or BPJS Payment Proof for reimbursement (reimbursement) insurance.
d. Other additional documents required.
11.8. Scholarship recipients for domestic purposes who work as P3K/PNS/TNI/POLRI or
have a partner who works as a P3K/PNS/TNI/POLRI cannot claim Health Insurance
Funds from the LPDP. This is because the BPJS costs for scholarship recipients have
been funded by the government through the APBN/APBD.
11.9. Scholarship recipients whose BPJS fees are paid by the government cannot apply for
Health Insurance Funds.
11.10. The final deadline for applying for Health Insurance Funds is after being declared
successful by the LPDP. This excludes the Health Insurance Fund for Scholarship
Recipients which is billed directly by the university or study destination country.
11.11. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are published.

11.12. Applications for insurance funding for overseas scholarship recipients are carried
out through the following mechanism:
a. Payment of health insurance funds is made by sending funds directly to the
account of the insurance provider company/university by attaching documents
invoices/insurance premium invoice.
b. If the payment of Health Insurance Funds has been made by the Scholarship
Recipient, the Scholarship Recipient can apply for reimbursement to the LPDP by
attaching the following documents:

1)Invoices/insurance premium invoice; And
2) Proof of payment.
c. If the insurance policies taken by family members are combined with those of the
Scholarship Recipient, documents must be attached to the payment application that
informs the value of the individual insurance premium.

12.Monthly Living Fund


12.1. Monthly Living Funds are funds given every month to cover daily living expenses
during the study period.
12.2. Monthly Living Funds are paid outlump sumaccording to the amount in the AppendixI.
The amounts in the attachment are valid from the date01 October 2022.
12.3. Monthly Living Funds are given based on the location of the city and country where the university
is located. There is no adjustment to the standard monthly living fund costs if the Scholarship
Recipient conducts thesis/dissertation research outside the city of residence during their studies.

12.4. Monthly Living Funds are given during the study period according to the duration
stated in the documentLetter of Guarantee(LoG) with a maximum period of 24
months for Masters and 48 months for Doctoral. If the study duration is less than 2
years for a master's degree or 4 years for a doctorate, then 14 days are added to
the duration from the end date of the study period for preparation and completion
of administration for both studies and other matters.
12.5. If there is an extension of the study period that has been approved by the LPDP, the Monthly
Living Fund will be given according to the extension approval.
12.6. Calculation of Monthly Living Funds is based on the number of months stated in Letter of
Guarantee(LoG) and does not include the matriculation period.
12.7. If the arrival of the scholarship recipient exceeds the start date of study stated in the
LoG document, the awardee's arrival date becomes the start date of the study
period.
12.8. The Monthly Life Fund is stopped if the Scholarship Recipient graduates and/or returns
home before the study period ends.
12.9. Calculation of Monthly Living Funds starts based on the start date of the study period
according to the monthly period. To be able to get a Monthly Living Fund for 1 (one) full
month, the minimum duration of stay at the study location is 10 calendar days during
the Monthly Living Fund period. The calculation of the Monthly Life Fund period is
explained in the AppendixJ.
12.10. The final deadline for applying for Monthly Living Funds is 3 (three) months after being declared successful.

12.11. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are published.

12.12. The monthly living fund financing mechanism for domestic scholarship recipients is
as follows:
a. The first period Monthly Living Fund is submitted independently by attaching an
Active Certificate/KRS.

b. Monthly Living Funds for the second period and beyond will be paid automatically
if the Scholarship Recipient has completed the Academic Progress Report on the
menuAcademic Details–Study Activitieswith a maximum limit of the 20th before
the disbursement period.
12.13. The monthly living fund financing mechanism for overseas scholarship recipients is
as follows:
a. The first period Monthly Living Fund is submitted independently by attaching:

1) Proof of self-report either obtained through the portal or applicationon linemanaged by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia or through the Representative Office
of the Republic of Indonesia in the local country;
2)Enrollment Letter;
3) Immigration stamp on arrival in the destination country.
b. Scholarship recipients destined for countries that exclude arrival immigration
stamps can replace this requirement with a boarding pass as a condition for
applying for the first Monthly Living Fund (to ensure the date of arrival).
c. Monthly Living Funds for the second period and beyond will be paid automatically
if the Scholarship Recipient has completed the Academic Progress Report on the
menuAcademic Details–Study Activitieswith a maximum limit of the 15th before
the disbursement period.

13.Arrival Fund
13.1. Arrival Funds are funds for relocation/moving from the country/region of origin to the country/region of
destination at the beginning of the study period.
13.2. Arrival Funds are paid at the beginning of the study periodlump sumwith an amount of 2 (two)
times the nominal Monthly Living Fund of the study destination location and applies to
Scholarship Recipients who start studies as of the date01 August 2022.
13.3. Arrival Funds cover supporting travel costs before the departure Airport/Station or
after the destination Airport/Station and other transfer costs.
13.4. For Overseas Scholarship Recipients, Arrival Funds:
a. Can be paid only at the start of the study duration;
b. Can be paid 50% before departure into the Scholarship Recipient's account and
the remaining 50% when the Scholarship Recipient has arrived in the
destination city/country into the Scholarship Recipient's account, or
c. Can be paid 100% when the Scholarship Recipient has arrived in the destination city/
country into the Scholarship Recipient's account.
13.5. For Domestic Scholarship Recipients, the Arrival Fund will be paid if the Scholarship
Recipient moves domicile to start studies in semester 1.
13.6. Arrival funds are provided for Scholarship Recipients who are resident during the study
period and come from other cities/regencies. However, there are special criteria for the
following areas:
a. Changes of domicile for Scholarship Recipients who originate and have the aim of
studying in DKI Jakarta Province, are still counted as moving within one city;

b. Changes of domicile for Scholarship Recipients who originate and have study
purposes in Yogyakarta Province, Sleman Regency and Bantul Regency, are still
counted as moving within one city;
13.7. The initial deadline for applying for Arrival Funds is 2 (two) months before the time of study.
13.8. The deadline for applying for Arrival Funds is 6 (six) months from arrival.
13.9. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are published.

13.10. The documents required to apply for payment are as follows:


a. For Domestic Scholarship Recipients:
a. Minimum domicile certificate from the local RW Chair in the new domicile
according to the study location,
b. Resident Identity Card (KTP) and/or Family Card (KK).
c. Other additional documents required (format according to attachmentK).
b. For Overseas Scholarship Recipients:
If the Arrival Fund for overseas Scholarship Recipients is divided into 2 stages
then:
1) First stage: Visa processing documents (for example: proof of visa payment).
2) Second stage:
a. Passport sheet with immigration stamp from the destination country or proof of self-
reporting at the Representative Office of the Republic of Indonesia in the destination
country and a boarding pass if the destination country does not provide an arrival stamp
to show that the Scholarship Recipient has entered the jurisdiction of the destination
country;
b. Document that states the duration of the study (CoE/LoA/I-20 Form/
Enrollment Letter);
c. Proof of self-reporting at the Representative Office of the Republic of Indonesia in the destination country.
If the Arrival Fund for overseas Scholarship Recipients is paid in 1 (one) payment
then:
a. Visa processing documents (for example: proof of visa payment). Passport sheet with
immigration stamp from the destination country or proof of self-reporting at the
Representative Office of the Republic of Indonesia in the destination country and a boarding
pass if the destination country does not provide an arrival stamp to show that the Scholarship
Recipient has entered the jurisdiction of the destination country;
b. Document that states the duration of the study (CoE/LoA/I-20Form/Enrollment
Letter);
c. Proof of self-reporting at the Representative Office of the Republic of Indonesia in the destination country.

14.Emergency Fund
14.1. Emergency Fund (Force Majeure), namely funds provided when an emergency occurs
as stated by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI); Consulate General of
the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) and/or University where the Scholarship Recipient is
studying

14.2. Emergency Fund (Force Majeure) is the cost of return transportation or other costs
required if conditions arise for the Scholarship Recipient, including:

a. Die;
b. Chronic/severe illness that requires stopping studies and that is not covered by
Health insurance; or
c. Disasters, both natural, non-natural and social disasters.
14.3. Emergency Funds cannot be provided if the conditions above are experienced by someone other than
the Scholarship Recipient, for example a family member or relative of the scholarship recipient who
experiences a disaster so that the scholarship recipient must return to their hometown.
14.4. Emergency Funds can be paid as long as the scholarship recipient is still within the LPDP
funding duration, up to 1 (one) month after being declared graduated or the final duration
approved by the LPDP.
14.5. The deadline for applying for Emergency Funds is 3 (three) months after the emergency
event.
14.6. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are published.

14.7. Emergency Funds can be provided immediately when an emergency occurs in accordance
with notification from the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI), Consulate General
of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI), and/or the University where the Scholarship Recipient is
studying.

15.International Competition Fund


15.1. International Competition Funds are funds given to LPDP Scholarship Recipients to
take part in international competitions.
15.2. International Competition Funds are paid outat costwith maximum limits:
a. Individual participation is maximum IDR 30,000,000.
b. Group participation is maximum IDR 100,000,000.
15.3. International Competition funding is only given to LPDP Scholarship Recipients who:
a. Active study status;
b. Successfully entered the final round of the competition, namely the final round of determining the winner;
c. Status as an LPDP representative or Indonesian representative.
15.4. Applications for International Competition Funds can be made a maximum of 1 (one) time for
master's program Scholarship Recipients and a maximum of 2 (two) times for doctoral
program Scholarship Recipients. Re-submission can be done 1 (one) time only if the
competition level increases.
15.5. Applications for funding for individual competitions are submitted individually.
Meanwhile, group competition funding applications are submitted by group
representatives for and on behalf of the group.
15.6. Funding for group competitions can only be given to a maximum of 4 people even if
the number of participants in the group is more than 4 people.
15.7. The final deadline for applying for International Competition Funds is 6 (six) months after being
declared successful.

15.8. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under an examination period for alleged
violations of the provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for
submitting funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are
published.
15.9. The mechanism for applying for International Competition Funds is as follows:
a. Scholarship recipients are required to submit a letter requesting permission to take part
in the competition along with a Budget and Cost Plan (RAB) via email address
invoice.lpdp@kemenkeu.go.id ;
b. Submit a permit application letter by filling in the Form (Appendix M) submitted a
maximum of H-14 activities and is still within the LPDP funding deadline;
c. International Competition Funds can be paid limited to competitions held within
the duration of study and can be paid no later than 6 (six) days after the
scholarship recipient is declared to have graduated;
d. If the activity is approved by the LPDP, the Scholarship Recipient can apply for
reimbursement of International Competition Funds after the activity is carried
out. The submission is made by attaching the following documents:

1) Documents/letter proof of competition participation;


2) Proof of approval to participate in international competition activities from the LPDP;
3) Link/page/flyersregarding information and schedule for holding the competition;
4) Proof of expenditure of funds while participating in the competition;
5) Proof of inclusion of LPDP's name as sponsor of the Scholarship Recipient;
6) Certificate;
7) Photo documentation of activities;
8) Diplomas and transcripts (if submittedreimbursementcarried out after the scholarship
recipient has graduated).

16.Family Benefit Fund


16.1. Family Allowance Funds are funds provided to support the monthly living expenses of the
Scholarship Recipient's husband/wife/children who participate in moving and living with the
Scholarship Recipient in the study destination country/city/district for the duration of the study.

16.2. Family Allowance Funds are only given to Scholarship Recipients for doctoral programs
and specialist medical programs.
16.3. Family Allowance Funds are given to a maximum of 2 (two) family members with an
amount of 25% (twenty five percent) of the Scholarship Recipient's Monthly Living
Funds each and are valid from the date01 August 2022.

16.4. Family members who can be given allowances are the husband/wife and children who are
brought along and live with the Scholarship Recipient during their studies.
16.5. Family Allowance Funds cannot be provided to parents, family relatives, or household
helpers who participate in the study location.
16.6. Family allowance funds cannot be given if the husband or wife are recipients of LPDP
scholarships or other scholarships. If both husband and wife are LPDP Scholarship
Recipients, then Family Allowance Funds are provided for a maximum of 2 (two)
children.

16.7. Family Allowance Funds begin to be provided after the Scholarship Recipient has
completed a study duration of at least 12 (twelve) months and moved and lived with
family members.
16.8. For Scholarship Recipients with disability status who receive Disability Companion
Funds, Family Allowance Funds are given to a maximum of 1 (one) family member.

16.9. Family allowance funds for scholarship recipients with disability status who are not
married can be given to the scholarship recipient's parents.
16.10. Scholarship recipients are required to report at the first opportunity to the LPDP if
family members who receive Family Allowance Funds return to their homeland or move
and will not return to the city/country of study destination.
16.11. Family benefits are stopped if the family member is outside the study area or
returns to Indonesia.
16.12. The final deadline for applying for Family Allowance Funds is 3 (three) months after being
declared graduated.
16.13. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are published.

16.14. The documents required for applying for Family Benefit Funds are as follows:

a. Family information documents in the form of:


1) Minimum domicile certificate from the local RW Chair in the new domicile
according to the study location,
2) Family Card (KK) (husband/wife),
3) Marriage certificate (husband/wife),
4) Birth certificate/birth certificate (child),
5) Other additional documents required.
b. Documents for change of domicile, namely:
1) For Overseas Scholarship Recipients: Immigration stamp of arrival in the destination
country or Self-Report letter to the Representative Office of the Republic of Indonesia
and visa orresidence permit.
2) For Domestic Scholarship Recipients: Certificate of change of domicile from
the RW/local equivalent official which must be renewed every year.

c. Additional documents specifically for Domestic Scholarship Recipients include:


1) A statement letter signed by the Scholarship Recipient and the RW/local
equivalent official at the beginning of arrival, stating that the scholarship
recipient's family members have really moved and will report to the LPDP if a
family member returns to their original domicile; And
2) Work certificate or certificate of having resigned from the workplace before
moving. This certificate is required if the Scholarship Recipient brings a
husband or wife, if the husband or wife is working.
3) School certificate at the destination domicile. This certificate is required if the
Scholarship Recipient brings children who are already at school.
d. Family allowance application documents related to domicile certificates must be
updated every year.

e. The period for disbursement of Family Allowance Funds follows the technical period for
disbursement of Scholarship Recipients' Monthly Living Funds.

17.Graduation Incentive
17.1. Graduation Incentives are funds given as incentives for Scholarship Recipients who
successfully graduate faster than the normal graduation time.
17.2. Graduation Incentives are given if the Scholarship Recipient is declared to have graduated
from college sooner at least 6 (six) months from the study period stated in the Main
Director's Decree regarding Determination of Scholarship Recipients or Certificate of
Funding Guarantee/Letter of Guarantee (LoG).
17.3. The amount of the Graduation Incentive Fund is 50% (fifty percent) of the amount of the Monthly
Living Fund for the remaining study duration in accordance with LPDP provisions.
17.4. The final deadline for applying for the Graduation Incentive is 6 (six) months after being declared a graduate.

17.5. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
funds is no later than 3 (three) months after the examination results are published.

17.6. The Graduation Incentive is submitted by attaching proof of graduation and reporting
graduation on the Simonev application.

18.Mandatory Course Training Fund


18.1. Compulsory Course Training Funds are funds provided to Scholarship Recipients for
the implementation of programs organized by collegiums or professional
associations which aim to improve the skills of a specialist doctor in carrying out
clinical procedures.
18.2. Compulsory Course Training Funds can be provided after obtaining approval from the LPDP
first. Mandatory Course Training Funds must be paid a maximum of 14 (fourteen) timesat cost
during the study period, with a maximum amount of IDR 5,000,000 with the following
conditions:
a. Compulsory Course Training is part of the educational curriculum undertaken;

b. Obtain approval from the Head of the Study Program;


c. Compulsory Course Training can be held by study destination universities, non-study
destination universities, or other agencies recognized by the Head of the Study
Program.
18.3.Transportation and accommodation funds during Compulsory Course Trainingoutside
the study location has the following conditions:
a. Transportation costs that can be covered are round trip (PP) plane costs between
cities or between provinces which include 1 (one) trip leaving before the Compulsory
Course Training begins and 1 (one) return trip after the Compulsory Course Training
has finished starting from the nearest airport. destination city or training location.

b. Flight tickets use economy class. Tickets other than economy class will not be
replaced.
c. Flight ticket departure and return schedules must be in accordance with the
Mandatory Training Course schedule. Departure ticket schedule a maximum of 3

18.4. The final deadline for applying for Compulsory Course Training Funds is 1 (one) month after the mandatory
course training is completed.
18.5. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of
the scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for
submitting funds is no later than 1 (one) month after the examination results are
published.
18.6. Course Training Funds must be paid according to the nominal value stated in the invoice/
invoices. Bank Administration fee/transferor costs for sending documents made by
Scholarship Recipients, as a result of payment for Compulsory Course Training cannot
be reimbursed.
18.7. Submissionreimbursementor replacement must include the following documents:
a. Official document of educational curriculum undertaken;
b. Document showing approval from the Head of the Study Program to take part in
Compulsory Course Training activities;
c. Invoice/invoices; And
d. Proof of payment deposit.

19. Skills Testing Fund


19.1. Skills Examination Funds are funds provided for examinations related to a particular
competency held by the Collegium of the relevant specialist medical study program.

19.2. Skills Test funds are paid 2 (two) timesat costwithin 1 (one) year with a maximum
amount of IDR 5,000,000 with the following conditions:
a. The Skills Test is an inseparable part of the Compulsory Course Training Fund that
is followed;
b. The Mandatory Course Training Program that is followed has received approval from the
LPDP;
c. Skills Test fees are not included in the registration invoice for the Compulsory
Training Course attended;

d. Skills exams can be held by study destination universities, non-study destination
universities, or other agencies recognized by the Head of the Study Program.

19.3.Transport and accommodation funds during the Skills Testoutside the study
location has the following conditions:
a. Transportation costs that can be covered are round trip (PP) costs between cities
or between provinces which include 1 (one) trip leaving before the Skills Test
starts and 1 (one) return trip after the Skills Test is finished, starting from the
nearest airport to the destination city. or exam place. If the Skills Test is carried
out directly with the Compulsory Course Training, then this transportation
facility cannot be used.
b. Flight tickets use economy class. Tickets other than economy class will not be
replaced.
c. The flight ticket departure and return schedule must coincide with the Skills Test

the scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for
submitting funds is no later than 1 (one) month after the examination results are
published.
19.6. Skills Test funds are paid according to the nominal stated in the invoice/invoices.
Bank administration/transfer fees or document sending fees incurred by
Scholarship Recipients, as a result of Skills Test payments, cannot be reimbursed.
Applications for reimbursement or replacement must include the following
documents:
a. official document of LPDP approval regarding the participation of Scholarship Recipients in the
Compulsory Training Course agenda.
b. Invoice/invoices; And
c. Proof of payment deposit.

20.Competency Test Fund


20.1. Competency Test Funds are funds provided for national testing and assessment for
PPDS students which will determine whether a PPDS participant will receive
professional certification.
20.2. Competency Test funds are paid 1 (one) time as reimbursement during the study period with the
following conditions:
a. The Competency Test taken is declared passed.

b. Competency Tests can be held by study destination universities, non-study
destination universities, or other agencies recognized by Professional
Organizations or Heads of Study Programs.
20.3. Transportation and accommodation funds during the Competency Testoutside the study
location has the following conditions:
a. Transportation costs that can be covered are the cost of a return flight (PP) between
cities or between provinces which includes 1 (one) trip leaving before the
Competency Test begins and 1 (one) return trip after the Competency Test has
finished, starting from the nearest airport to the destination city. or exam place. If
Competency Test.
b. Flight tickets use economy class. Tickets other than economy class will not be
replaced.
c. The flight ticket departure and return schedule must be in accordance with the

21. Disability Companion Fund


21.1. Disability Companion Funds are provided on a regular basislump sumwith an
amount of 25% of the Monthly Living Funds received by the Scholarship Recipient
and valid from the dateAugust 25, 2022for Scholarship Recipients with disabilities
who have signed the Statement Letter as of the dateAugust 25, 2022, under the
condition:
a. The maximum number of companions that can be financed by LPDP is 1 person
consisting of family or non-family members. The total number of family
members and companions that can be covered by the LPDP is a maximum of 1
person.
b. Companion must be at least 18 years old.

c. Companions can receive companion allowance funds from the beginning of the study
period of the Scholarship Recipient being accompanied until the end of the study
period which is covered by the LPDP for the Scholarship Recipient, whether for
master's, doctoral or specialist programs.
d. Companions who can be given allowance funds are individuals who are brought along
and live with the Scholarship Recipient while studying in the study destination city.
e. The documents required for applying for Companion Benefit Funds are as
follows:
1) The companion's identity is in the form of a Resident Identity Card (KTP) or Passport.
2) A statement document signed by the Scholarship Recipient that the
Companion is an individual who will care for and support the Scholarship
Recipient with disabilities in carrying out activities during the study period
(format according to the attachmentL).
3) Domicile transfer documents in the form of an immigration stamp of arrival in the destination
country (overseas) and a Self-Report letter to the Indonesian Embassy; or a certificate of change
of domicile from the local RW/subdistrict head.
21.2. The final deadline for applying for Disability Companion Funds is 3 (three) months after being
declared successful.
21.3. In the event that the Scholarship Recipient is under investigation for alleged violations of the
scholarship provisions and the application deadline has passed, the deadline for submitting
