Following your Advert in your website about the Position of Accounts Clerk in Uganda Rhiza
foundation in Kampala, I hereby submit my application for the post of Accounts clerk.

I am a male Ugandan aged 42 years. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics
Management obtained from Ndejje University.

I currently work as an Office Assistant with the Inspectorate of Government where among
others I prepare procurement files, Records & dispatching of various files, organize meetings
and receive stock on behalf of the Department. This has exposed me to various procurement
and logistics laws and regulations in the performance of my duties.

I am a self-driven individual with good interpersonal and communication skills. This has enabled
me to work well with both my peers and supervisors. With these skills and experience, I believe
I have the right attributes to serve as Accounts Clerk in your Organization Attached are copies of
