THE IMPORTANCE OF DRINKING 2 LITER WATER EVERY DAY

A good and correct lifestyle is the main key to maintaining health, there are
many factors that must be considered such as adequate rest, regular exercise and
drinking lots of mineral water every day, because water is one of the most
important elements in life.
as we know water is the main source of life because water is one of the most
important things needed by all living things on this earth because without water
this earth will be dry like other planets where as far as we know there is no life
there. Likewise with humans who really need water in their lives, like water is
needed by humans to drink. Consuming enough water can improve hormone
function, improve the liver's ability to break down and release fat, and reduce
hunger. Conversely, not enough water can cause constipation, urinary tract
infections, kidney stones, fatigue, and problems around the skin, hair, and nails.
humans are advised to drink 1-2.5 liters a day or the equivalent of 68 glasses per
day. This is so that the fluids that come out of the human body can be replaced by
fluids that enter, so that there is a balance and does not make a person dehydrated.
you can imagine if we don't drink water all day long, our body will dry out
causing dehydration and can also cause diseases such as heartburn, therefore it's a
good idea to drink 1-2.5 liters of water a day because besides being able to make
the body not dry drink water too can smooth the digestive tract so that the body is
healthier.
