Present Progressive Tense

คือ tense ที่ใช้บอกการกระทาที่กาลังเกิดขึ้น หรือการกระทาที่กาลังจะเกิดขึ้นใน

อนาคต ซึ่งเป็นการวางแผนไว้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว

หลักการใช้
• ใช้กล่าวถึงเหตุการณ์ที่กาลังเกิดขึ้นขณะที่พูดอยู่ หรือในระหว่างอาทิตย์นั้น หรือเดือนนั้น
ซึ่งอาจจะมีคาเหล่านี้อยู่ด้วยก็ได้ เช่น
now ตอนนี้ , ขณะนี้
right now ตอนนี้ , ขณะนี้
at the moment ตอนนี้ , ขณะนี้
ตัวอย่างประโยค
He is driving a car. เขากาลังขับรถ
It is raining at the moment. ขณะนี้ฝนกาลังตก
I am studying hard ฉันกาลังเรียนหนัก (ไม่ใช่ขณะนี้ แต่เป็นในช่วงนี้)

หลักการใช้
• ใช้กล่าวถึงเหตุการณ์ที่กาลังจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต (แน่ๆ) และมักจะมีคาที่บ่งบอกอนาคต
กากับอยู่ด้วย เช่น
this evening เย็นนี้ tonight คืนนี้
tomorrow พรุ่งนี้ this weekend สุดสัปดาห์นี้
next week สัปดาห์หน้า next month เดือนหน้า
next year ปีหน้า
