Standing Time / Site Delay Charges:


* Standing time / Site delays due to circumstances / reasons not in Abacus control will be charged for at R4,950 per day or
part thereof.

Site Supervision:
* Rate for additional days for Site Supervision on site will be charged at R4,950 per day or part thereof.

Transport Conditions:
* Transport charges quoted exclude any additional charges that may arise in the transport of the modular building slices
due to the extension in height by 300mm that can result in the height of the modular building slices exceeding 4.7m from
the ground after being loaded onto the truck.

Site Conditions:
* Design, manufacturing and approval of foundation/footing to engineer specification for the double storey building
is specifically Excluded;
* FOUNDATIONS REACTIONS drawing number 0049-SL-001 Rev 3A will need to be updated to reflect the higher
loads that the additional weight for the reinforced floors will cause on the footing.

Three Coat Coastal Paint Scheme


* 3 Year Corrision Warranty for buildings quoted above at R1,202,142 if applied strictly in accordance to supplier specifications.
