for Subject PROJECT TEAMS, I need the following:

Responsibilities:

PROJECT TEAM LEADER

1. Usually, one of the developers—not necessarily the greatest or most skilled—is given
this responsibility. This person should possess leadership skills that enable them to
maintain communication.
2. Team leaders are in charge of conflict avoidance and resolution in addition to making
sure the team is operating at adequate performance levels.

TECH LEAD

1. Previously, we would refer to a tech lead as an "architect." Today, the word "analyst" fits
better. However, who is this? In reality, it serves as the team's "lead example" in terms of
technical expertise.
2. Tech leaders can address issues that are not directly related to the development process,
such as those involving hardware or the integration of external sources.

TWO FULL-STACK DEVELOPER

1. It's a coder who isn't focused on any one thing in particular. In comparison to a front-end
or back-end developer, a full stack developer may appear less skilled because of this.
However, because of their extensive knowledge and expertise, they can execute a
solution on each system architecture tier (view, business logic, database).
2. A full stack developer is essential for less challenging, demanding projects where costs
are a major consideration.

TWO QA LEAD

1. Maintaining positive relationships between those responsible for various system-under-

construction sectors is one of their most important duties.
2. A QA manager is mostly in charge of overseeing end users' responses to the project.

Each group consists of 5 to 6 members depending on the number of students per class.
Example: If the class consists of 35 students, we will divide it into five groups with six members
each, and one group with five members.

However, we will discuss it when we meet virtually, or you can simply notify me if your class
decided to create your groups manually and post them here.
