Payment Terms :

1) Payment Term : 100% payment on 45th day from CRAC date

2) Payment Doc : Forward GST Invoice (Original for receipient) along with applicable
documents direct to BHEL(Purchase) and GST Invoice (Duplicate for
transporter) along with Delivery Challan (DC) to BHEL (Stores).

3) Invoicing : Please indicate P.O. Sl.No in all invoices for processing your payment.

4) Duties & Taxes : IGST ITC-TRY

Note : Three copies of INVOICE with original signature to be submitted.

LD Clause: If the Supplier fails to deliver the ordered materials listed in Annexure-A of this Purchase Order
within the delivery period specified in this Contract for the respective item, Purchaser shall deduct Liquidated
Damages of a sum equivalent to 0.5% of the undelivered portion per week of the delay or part thereof
subject to a maximum of 10% of the undelivered portion. The LD shall be reckoned from the Contract
delivery date to Cargo readiness date.
Cargo readiness date means the following:
EX-works/FOB terms: Final inspection Agency's signed date in the Test Certificate in the case of Third Party
Inspection (TPI) is involved. When Third Party Inspection is not involved, date of intimation message regarding
readiness of materials or date of Test Certificate whichever is later.
Other than EX-works/FOB terms including FOR/Destination: Invoice date/Bill of Lading date/Airway Bill
date/Lorry way bill date/Railway Receipt date/E-Waybill date, whichever is later.

Annexure enclosed form a part of this PO. Kindly return one copy of this PO, along with each page
including the Annexure signed.

our dispatch clearance.

5. Delivery period is 60 days from PO.

6. One set of complete dispatch documents along with inspection reports shall be sent along with supply.
