Subject: [Coal conveyor cover type and Coal yard cover]

Dear Sir,
 According to the current Technical design, the coal conveyor is being designed
with hood cover that does not match the approved Basic design as well as the EPC
contract which is closed gallery as per P2C7S10 10.3.8.3 Buildings of Coal
conveyor, transfer tower. The contractor is requested to make adjustments
according to the requirements of the contract.
 In addition, about the coal yard, to prevent the spread of dust from the coal storage
yard, according to the direction of EVN's leaders, the contractor is requested to
cover one end of the coal storage yard towards the plant.
