Course Description
The main objective of this course is to teach students terminology used in different fields of
law and explain common terms and processes associated with law of persons, family law, law
of succession, contract law, tort law, unjust enrichment, law of property, company law,
intellectual property law as well as international arbitration.

Course Format
Powerpoint presentations will be uploaded or sent after the class meeting. After we review the
presentation together in the class, we will do some practices about the relevant subject in the
class.
Student Requirements
You will be required to be active learners in the classroom and participate in all exercises.
Students who attend the class meetings regularly and participate in the class will get extra
points.
Student Evaluation
Mid-term: 40% Final: 60%
