• Isi panduan ini dapat berubah secara berkala mengikuti peningkatan atau penyesuaian sistem di Shareworks.
• Tim Rewards P&C bertanggung jawab untuk memantau penyesuaian sistem di Shareworks dan bekerja sama dengan Rewards Global &
Morgan Stanley untuk kemajuan program ESPP.
• Tim People Services P&C bertanggung jawab untuk mengkomunikasikan program ESPP kepada karyawan, membantu karyawan dengan juga
beradaptasi dengan perubahan dalam Shareworks atau program ESPP.
• Panduan ini dan dokumen pendukung mengenai ESPP dapat diakses di Compass (compass.ccep.com) pada halaman Employee Benefit.

• The contents of this guide may change periodically following system upgrades or adjustments in Shareworks.
• Rewards P&C team is responsible for monitoring system adjustments at Shareworks and working closely with Rewards Global & Morgan
Stanley on the improvement of the ESPP program.
• People Services P&C team is responsible for communicating the ESPP program to employees and assisting employees by also adapting to
changes in Shareworks or the ESPP program.

SHAREWORKS SIGN-IN

SHAREWORKS SIGN-IN
1. Buka Shareworks.com, klik “Sign In” di pojok kanan atas, dan
pilih “Shareworks”

Open Shareworks.com, click “Sign In” on the upper right corner,


and select “Shareworks”

2. Pilih “username, or account number”. Isi username dan


password di kotak yang tersedia, klik “Sign In”

Select “username, or account number”. Fill in the username


and password in the box provided, click "Sign In"

Note:
Saat ini, Anda hanya bisa masuk ke akun Shareworks menggunakan Username (email akan
ditolak). Apabila Anda lupa Username Anda, silakan ke halaman berikutnya.

Currently, you can only sign in to your Shareworks account using your Username (email will
be rejected). If you forgot your Username, please go to the next page.

1. Anda harus masuk ke akun Shareworks menggunakan Username. Apabila Anda mencoba masuk menggunakan email
atau account number, akan ada pemberitahuan sebagai berikut:

username?”

If you forgot your Username, click “Forgot your


username?”

3. Anda akan diminta memasukkan email dan Employee Number.
Masukkan email Amatil dan Employee Number. Employee
Number adalah IN + PIN ID (contoh: IN20239999). Klik “Verify”.

You will be asked to enter your email and Employee Number. Enter
your Amatil email and Employee Number. Employee Number is IN
+ PIN ID (example: IN20239999). Click “Verify”.

4. Selanjutnya, Anda akan diminta untuk “reveal username”, klik “Verify to reveal”.

Next, you will be asked to reveal username, click "Verify to reveal".

5. Klik tanda panah, dan pilih nomor handphone untuk verifikasi

Click the arrow, and select a phone number for verification

6. Klik “Send text message” untuk Shareworks mengirimkan


kode verifikasi melalui SMS, atau klik “Phone Call” untuk
Shareworks mengirimkan kode verifikasi melalui panggilan
telepon.

Click "Send text message" for Sharework to send a


verification code via SMS, or click "Phone Call" for
Shareworks to send a verification code via a phone call.

7. Shareworks akan mengirimkan kode verifikasi melalui SMS
atau panggilan telepon. Masukkan kode verifikasi di kotak
yang disediakan, klik “Verify”.

Shareworks will send a verification code via SMS or phone


call. Enter the verification code in the box provided, click
"Verify".

8. Anda kini dapat melihat Username Anda, gunakan


Username Anda untuk Sign In.

You can now see your Username, use your


Username to Sign In.

1. Apabila Anda lupa Password Anda, klik “Forgot your
password?”

If you forgot your Password, click “Forgot your


password?”

2. Isi Username dan email Amatil Anda di kotak yang


disediakan. Klik “Verify”.

Fill in your Username and Amatil email in the box


provided. Click "Verify".

3. Klik tanda panah, dan pilih nomor handphone untuk verifikasi

5. Shareworks akan mengirimkan kode verifikasi melalui SMS
atau panggilan telepon. Masukkan kode verifikasi di kotak
yang disediakan, klik “Verify”.

Shareworks will send a verification code via SMS or phone


call. Enter the verification code in the box provided, click
"Verify".

6. Isi password baru Anda di kotak yang disediakan. Pastikan


password baru Anda memenuhi kriteria password
Shareworks.

Fill in your new password in the box provided. Make sure your
new password meets the Shareworks password criteria.

7. Anda akan menerima notifikasi di atas layar bahwa password Anda sudah sukses diatur ulang. Anda bisa Sign In
menggunakan password baru.

You will receive a notification at the top of the Screen that your password was successfully reset. You can Sign In
using the new password.

Akun Shareworks akan dikunci jika ada upaya login berulang kali yang terus gagal. Untuk membuka kunci akun,
peserta harus melakukan panggilan telepon ke pusat kontak Shareworks. Sesuai aturan keamanan Shareworks,
panggilan telepon harus dilakukan langsung oleh peserta ke pusat kontak Shareworks,.

The Shareworks account will be locked if there are repeated login attempts which keep on failing. To unlock the
account, the participant must make a call to the Shareworks contact centre. According to Shareworks security rules,
phone calls must be made directly by the participant to the Shareworks contact centre,

SHAREWORKS CONTACT CENTRE UNTUK INDONESIA :


Kode akses bebas pulsa AT&T: 001 801 10; diikuti oleh 800 871 3821

Jika kode akses bebas pulsa AT&T tidak berfungsi, peserta disarankan untuk menghubungi langsung ke 800 871 3821.
Peserta disarankan untuk mendaftar “paket panggilan internasional/luar negeri” sesuai dengan provider masing-masing
untuk menghindari biaya yang mahal. Contoh: Pengguna Telkomsel bisa mendaftar Promo SLI 01017.

If AT&T direct toll-free access code doesn't work, participants are advised to call directly to 800 871 3821. Participants
are advised to register for an “international call package” according to their respective provider to avoid being charged
expensive fees. Example: Telkomsel users could register for Promo SLI 01017.

SLI (SAMBUNGAN LANGSUNG INTERNATIONAL) PACKAGE

Paket telp internasional ini dapat berubah atau dihapus sewaktu-waktu sesuai kebijakan provider. Peserta harus
mengecek kembali dan menyesuaikan dengan paket yang tersedia.
Jika ada masalah atau membutuhkan panduan lebih lanjut, peserta harus menghubungi provider langsung.

This international call package could be changed or withdrawn at any time according to the provider’s policy.
Participants must recheck and adjust to the available packages.
For any issues or further guidance, participants must contact the provider directly.

1. Buka aplikasi My Telkomsel di smartphone anda.


Open the My Telkomsel Application on your smartphone.

2. Klik pada pilihan “Belanja“ pada menu utama .


Tap on the "Shop" option on the main screen.

Click Here

3. Cari dan klik “Telepon & SMS”


Find and tap on "Voice & SMS".

4. Cari dan klik "Promo SLI 01017".


Look for "Promo SLI 01017" and tap on it.

5. Cari dan pilih "Promo SLI 01017 United States/Canada”.


Scroll down to find "Promo SLI 01017 United States/Canada" and
select it.

6. Klik “Beli Sekali” untuk memproses pembelian paket.


Tap on the "Buy One Time" option to buy the package.

7. Setelah pembelian berhasil, silakan hubungi Shareworks di nomor


01017 (kode telkomsel) + 1 (kode negara) + 800 871 3821 (nomor
Shareworks).
After the purchase succeeds, dial 01017 (telkomsel code) + 1
(country code) + 800 871 3821 (Shareworks number) to connect to
Shareworks.

INTERNATIONAL CALL PACKAGE

Paket telp internasional ini dapat berubah atau dihapus sewaktu-waktu sesuai kebijakan provider. Peserta harus

Select "International Call"

5. Cari dan pilih “Nelp 30 hari – 60 menit ke 6 Negara".


Scroll to find "Phone Call 30 days – 60 min to 6 Countries"
and tap on it.

6. Klik “Lanjutkan” untuk memproses pembelian paket.


Tap on the "Continue" option to proceed with the purchase.

7. Setelah pembelian berhasil, silakan hubungi Shareworks di


nomor 001 (kode indosat) + 1 (kode negara) + 800 871 3821
(nomor Shareworks).
