“RESOLUTION ON WAYS ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SIP, AIP, AND OTHER

DEPED PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES”

WHEREAS, the Department of Education (DepEd) is committed to providing quality

education to all learners;

WHEREAS, the School Improvement Plan (SIP), Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), and
other
DepEd programs, projects, and activities play a crucial role in achieving
educational excellence;

WHEREAS, continuous improvement is essential to meet the evolving needs and challenges
in the education sector;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the SGC will conduct regular review
meetings to assess the progress of SIP and AIP implementation, identify
challenges, and implement a feedback mechanism to gather input from
stakeholders, including teachers, students, parents, and community members,
to continuously improve educational programs and make necessary
adjustments, establish a system for regular reporting and communication of
progress on SIP and AIP goals to all stakeholders.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT that the School Governance Council of Pandapan Integrated
School shall regularly assess the implementation of this resolution and make
adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of
SIP,
AIP, and other DepEd programs, projects, and activities.

RESOLVED FINALLY, THAT this resolution shall take effect upon its approval by the SGC.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED; this 16th day of June, 2023 at Pandapan Integrated School.
