A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. JEROME MANLANGIT GEOLIGAO AS THE NEW

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY LUVIMIN KIDAPAWAN
CITY, COTABATO PROVINCE

WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 13 (f) Chapter II of RA 10742, SK Treasurer

and Secretary shall be appointed by the SK Chairperson with the
concurrence of the SK Member;

WHEREAS, Mr. JEROME M. GEOLIGAO is appointed as the SK Treasurer

subject for the concurrence of this body;

WHEREAS, Mr. JEROME M. GEOLIGAO possesses all the qualifications and

none of the disqualification to the position as the SK Treasurer of
this Barangay.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. John Mark L. Salazar, duly seconded by SK

Hon. Naxelle L. Abero;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that above appointed SK Secretary

of Barangay Luvimin Kidapawan City Cotabato is hereby
CONCURRED;

RESOLVED FINNALY, that copy of this resolution be furnished all offices concerned.

NEW SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY LUVIMIN
KIDAPAWAN CITY, COTABATO PROVINCE

WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 13 (f) Chapter II of RA 10742, SK Treasurer

and Secretary shall be appointed by the SK Chairperson with the
concurrence of the SK Member;
