premises. Our proposed project, ORMOC CITY CRIME INCIDENT REPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OCCIRMS), involves
collaboration with Ormoc City Police in order to provide systemize reporting of any crime related incidents and would
greatly benefit from being implemented in a real-world setting.

We have planned the logistics and ensured that all necessary resources will be available to me off-campus. Moreover, I
believe that conducting the project outside the campus will provide a unique opportunity to explore practical applications
of the knowledge we have acquired during our academic tenure.

We assure you that we will adhere to all university guidelines, maintain regular communication with our academic advisor,
and submit progress reports as required. We are committed to ensuring that the project's objectives align with the
