environment and Loss control in the areas of processing of Natural Gas and
Naphtha for production of Petrochemicals, Hydrocarbons etc. at its plants for
all employees with an aim for Zero Accident and environment conservation for
sustainable development.
BCPL ACCORDS HIGHEST PRIORITY TO:-

Comply with all relevant and applicable statutory provisions pertainingto

Health, Safety & Environment.
Establish organizational set up to implement HSE policy.
Communicate HSE policy to employees including workers and other stake
holder to make it effective & also communicate safety rules and regulations
to all employees including workers at the site for compliance and ensure its
implementation at work site.
Display commitment at every level by engaging employees including
workers in HSE initiatives & activities.
Delegate power to all level of employees to implement company's HSE
Policy and incorporate Health & Safety performance of individual as a part
of an employee's career advancement.
Generating awareness amongst employees, contractors, transporter & other
stakeholders with their responsibilities towards HSE requirements of the
company.
Provide Health & Safety performance report of company in Annual report.
Identify all Health, Safety and Environment Hazards, evaluate associated
Risks by conducting periodic safety audit, Risk Assessment and manage
them through effective control measures.
Integrate Health, Safety and Environment in all decisions.
Provide structured training to all employees and contract workers to carry
out their tasks with utmost safety & precautions in responsive
manner.
