• For the introduction part they detail the objective of developing strong
communication skills.
• For the second part, they present about meeting the audience’s need to consider your
audience when you are writing, and they also provide 8 questions to ask yourself about
your audience.
• The third point, they feature Using transitions and repetition. Why do we use
transition and repetition, and why they are important.
• In the next part, they explained about Punctuation. They explained the meaning and
the importance of punctuation, and they discussed the functions and examples of
common Punctuation marks: Capital letters, Full stops, Commas, Semi-colon and
Colons.
• In the fifth point, they provide how to appropriate words to aid clarity, the meaning of
informal and formal language, and how to decide which style is appropriate.
• In the sixth point, they talk about comparison style and tone of formal and informal
writing
• In the next point, they explained and detailed guidelines for writing an effective short
