connection with Show Cause proceedings under Section 237 read with Section 479 of the
Companies Act, 2017 initiated by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and to
represent, appear and answer any questions relating to this and to sign and file replies,
reviews, revisions, appeals, statements, exhibits or other documents whatsoever on our
