1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing our newly developed lighting tower.
The Operator’s Manual is designed to guide you through the correct procedures needed

Operating this machine must follow this manual’s instructions and some other related
safety regulations. The user-friendly design of this lighting tower can guarantee your

2. Safe operation
Careful operation is your best assurance against an accident. Read and understand this
section carefully before operating the lighting tower. All operators, no matter how much
experience they may have, should read this and other related manuals before operating

TN9 series is the latest designed and manufactured light tower with the telescopic mast.
The operation is simpler than other series lighting tower. And compact design for loading
more units.

7.Operating guide
7.1 Checking list before operation
◼ Read the light tower, engine, alternator & controller manuals or guides before
◼ Check the fuel, engine lubricant and coolant, make sure all of them have been
normal;
◼ Check the electrical control box, wire harness, electric parts, components, plugs
and other connections, make sure all of them have been normal;
Note: There isn’t fuel in the fuel tank, and there aren’t lubricant or coolant in the engine
when you get the new light tower from the manufacturer.
WARNING
:
✓ Do not extend the mast before the stabilizing legs have supported on
ground and light tower has been adjusted to the horizontal completely.
✓ Do not retract the stabilizing legs when the mast has been raised up.
✓ Please retract the telescopic mast when the wind is over 72km/h.

WARNING:
Whenever open the control box or check electric wiring,you must be carefully to
avoid touch the part that might cause electric shock accident. Only qualified and

(3) When cleaning the mast, do not use acid or alkali liquid and do not let the liquid flow

(4) When the lighting tower is unused, the wire ropes shoud coat anti-rust oil every six
months.
DANGER:
If any nicks(partial strand cut through), kinks(permanent bends), or weld spatter on the
cable(from field service) are observed, the suspect wire rope should be changed
immediately.
(2) When the light goes out suddenly, you should first check all the lines and
connections to see if they are tight and function well, otherwise the light may expire and
has to be replaced;
(3) When changing lamps, please choose the appropriate lamps according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
