sMoosse El Installation fasion Page sta Installing the Counterbalance '= Refer to Setting up the circuits in the Hydraulic section ofthis manual for intial system set up ' Install the pear links to the ears on the hook ‘= Turn on the Top Drive power Hook Pear Link 1m Rotate the counterbalance mode valve from 2 Places the RUN position to the RIG-UP postion ‘= When the cylinders reach the end of stroke, slide the cylinder clevis over the pear link cylinder and instal the cylinder clevis pin Clovis "= After securing the counterbalance cylinder to 2 Places the pear link, rotate the counterbalance mode vaive to the RUN position 1 Agjust PCC clockwise to raise the prossure attest port CB until the bail just begins to lit ‘ff ofthe block '= Reduce the prossure slowly (25 psi) to allow pressure to stablize cylinder Clevis Pin 2 Places Counterbalance Cylinder 2 Places (88 inch stroke) Rig-up/Run/ ‘Shutdown Valve ‘Shown in RIG-UP_ position (switch to RUN after the counterbalance is installeg) Hydraulic Manifold jure 3-31.
