The yellow indicator is illuminated when the IBOP is closed. Turning the switch will open or close the IBOP. Brake ~ There are two controls in this console area: = Auto - When pressed, the green indicator on this button illuminates to show that the motor brakes are in AUTO mods. In this mode, the brakes are automatically released when a speed command is sent to the VED (in FWD or REV mode). The brakes are automatically set when the speed command is removed (OFF mode). = On/ Off ~ The red indicator on this button lights whenever the motor brakes have been applied and are engaged (ON). This indicator lights any time the brake is set, regardless of whether or not the button has been pressed. When this button is pressed once, the brakes are set and the light comes on.
