regarding my current circumstances.

During the course of my employment at First Fix, I unfortunately experienced a health setback that has
left me with a paralyzed arm. This unforeseen situation has not only impacted my ability to perform
effectively in my role but has also placed a significant financial burden on me, especially considering
the costs associated with the necessary medical treatment.

In light of these challenges, I am respectfully requesting either an increment in my salary to help cover
the increased medical expenses or, alternatively, the grant of medical leave to undergo the required
treatment for my arm from Pakistan. I am more than willing to provide any medical documentation
required to support my case.

I truly value my position at First Fix and I am committed to my responsibilities. However, the current
circumstances have put me in a position where additional financial support is essential for me to focus
on my recovery and continue contributing to the company to the best of my ability.
