a) Reflections on what works and what does not work in the charity project.
In this charity project, I was playing a role to share our fundraising project for orphanage.
This is a most important personal role contribute to the success of this contribution to the
project because of this fundraising project just a 4-week charity project. In addition, our
group have decided to set a target for get the sponsorship with RM300 and we have divided
into many parts of role. Besides, my group member and I have shared and promoted the post
of our group project in social media such as Facebook and Instagram page’s post to make
sure more peoples can see and know about our fundraising project to hit our sponsorship
target with RM75 for 4 groups of us. Before I start to promoted the fundraising project, I
think that is a difficult project but then after I promoted the project to social media there are a
lot of kind people who have donated for us to help the orphanage.
The problem that I have faced in this charity project is due to this online fundraising project.
Nowadays, there are a lot of scammers and fraud cases in our social media and this will cause
our fundraising project will become more difficult to get on. At the same time, there are some
states are still in the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) circumstances so we
actually go this project through the online in social media only. To solve this problem, our
group members have found some orphanage data to make sure other peoples can trusted and
donate on our project. Apart from that, there are also some of the people still do not believe
on us and I have promoted the google form that provided by our group to make them be at
ease because the bank receipt must attach in the form. Lastly, we have hit the target with
more than RM2000.
b) Realisation about the issue related to the charity project.
The value that I have learnt from this charity project is kindness. This is because there are a
lot of people who have donate money to the orphanage although some of them are donate not
too much but they still willing to help the children in orphanage. Here has a good example,
when I asking my friend for donate to the orphanage although his salary is not so much but he
still donates the money based on his capability because he said that the children in orphanage
is too pitiful. Moreover, I also learnt empathy from this fundraising project. This is due to the
reason that the children in orphanage is more pity than I and they have defects in the growth
such as a complete family love. I feel blessed to have grown in a complete family with fully
love because they have lost the love from family since they were still a kid.

The first method that can be carried out by students is through the social media. This is
because in this era of advanced technology, there are a lot of peoples have their own social
media account such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and so on. Students can share more
charity project posts to let them know about that and then action can be taken by them by
donate or help them in related places to contribute to the society. The other ways can be
carried out by students is help the related NGO twice a week in their spare time. This is
because that students have no income to help the related NGO, so the only way that students
can carried is helping them in free time. For example, students may help the NGO to clean
their places or accompany the aged, children, pets and so on. Through this way, students can
reduce the stresses from the NGO and also done a good deed in their spare time.
