Dear Mr. Rinpan,

Thank you for your interest in working with my design studio in regards to your house project. This letter will serve as
a proposal for the services I will provide you with. Based on the detailed review of the current site layout and
progress and interior design concept meeting, the following is our proposal for design, installation and overseeing the
project. Interior design consulting services as defined within the scope of work and Scope of Services.

Scope of Work
Kitchen cabinet and bedroom wardrobe technical detailing package for your home as outlined in the Scope of Work.
Package Includes on site measure 3D Detailed drawings for build -ins, paint color selections, Kitchen top sample and
fixture specifications as it relates to the following spaces:
○ Kitchen and storage
○ Living 1&2, and Ante
○ Master Bedroom and 2 bedrooms

Scope of Services
Phase I - Design
The object of this phase is to create the conceptual interior design requirement of the building, prepare and
present interior design documents. Which once approved a quotation list will be prepared. Initial space and furniture
plans, interior color concepts, material and furniture finishes. By September 30, 2023.
○ Living space Schematic Furnishing Layout and details
○ Kitchen cabinets layout
○ Wardrobe Layout, Design
○ Identify Colors, Materials, and Finishes for Each Space
○ Interior doors and hardware
Design and Detailing at a fee of N240,000. (Average of 40K per interior design per space and supporting space.)

Phase II - Quotation
Documents and furniture specifications and cost specifications are also prepared for approval and implementation.
Document includes sections, plans 3D perspectives, millwork plans as needed.The following document will be
presented to the manufacturers. By October 6, 2023.

Phase III - Implementation and Supervision

From start to finish, the design process is in place to make sure the client gets the space he needs. We will
answer any questions that may arise between the contractor during construction. Until April 1, 2024.

If this proposal meets with your approval, please sign below. I will begin the design services described in this
proposal as soon as initial payment is received. Thank you for another opportunity to work with you.
