CIRCULAR & DATESHEET FOR PRE-BOARD-II EXAMINATION
SESSION- (2023-24)
GRADE XII

Greetings from Rainbow!
As you know that we have been making efforts to cater the curriculum of the children in an interesting and innovative manner. Now,
it’s time for the child to recap what he/she has learnt in the form of PRE-BOARD-II EXAMINATION. It is mandatory for the child to be
the part of it. In this regards the date sheet is attached here with this circular.

NOTE FOR THE STUDENTS:

1. Reporting time during Pre-board- II examination is 09:00AM to 09:15AM and dispersal will be at 01:30PM.
2. Student should carry only transparent - pencil box, cardboard, water bottle and admit card, identity card of the school.
3. In School, Mobiles and other electronic gadgets (calculator, smart watches, digital watches, etc.) are prohibited.
4. Analog watches (simple watches) are allowed in the examination hall.
5. Student should appear examination in proper school winter uniform.
6. Use of unfair means will lead to cancellation of examination.
7. School conveyance will ply as usual in morning and afternoon.
8. Attendance is mandatory on the day of exam.
