As the Head of Growth for our Enterprise Business, you will be entrusted with the critical
responsibility of spearheading strategic growth initiatives, crafting and executing sales and
marketing strategies, and significantly expanding our footprint within existing accounts
(Enterprise Business). This role demands a seasoned professional with a distinguished track record
in scaling existing businesses, orchestrating high-performing teams, and achieving ambitious
revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
● Strategic Planning:
○ Develop and meticulously execute growth strategies to grow existing businesses.
○ Discern and prioritize key growth opportunities, market segments, and target
customers.
○ Forge alignment with cross-functional teams to harmonize growth initiatives with
overarching business objectives.
○ Sales and Business Development:
○ Take the helm in mentoring and leading a high-caliber sales team, establishing clear
revenue targets and exacting performance metrics.
○ Cultivate and sustain relationships with pivotal enterprise customers, partners,
and industry luminaries.
○ Drive customer acquisition with unparalleled determination to achieve revenue
goals.
● Market Expansion:
○ Engage in meticulous scrutiny of market trends, the competitive panorama, and
customer demands to inform and fortify business expansion strategies.
○ Evaluate and tactically enter new markets or regions in the US & Europe regions,
ensuring sustainable growth trajectories.
● Marketing Strategy:
○ Collaborate synergistically with the marketing team to conceptualize and enact
highly effective marketing campaigns and branding strategies.
○ Harness the power of data-driven insights to optimize marketing endeavors and
galvanize lead-generation activities.
● Team Leadership:
○ Execute an astute recruitment strategy, bringing in top-tier talent to build and
nurture a high-performing growth team.
