1. Lead and manage a defined territory to drive adoption of a new generation
of paints based on mineral binders, and manage its P&L.
2. Design and roll-out sales and marketing plans in the assigned geography.
3. Build rapport with key influencers/stakeholders, viz: contractors, builders,
key accounts/ institutions, interior designers, architects, repair & restoration
consultants, etc and provide them with technical know-how.
4. Develop and manage a network of Business Associates to generate project
leads and drive conversion.
5. Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the organization.
Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as per the defined loyalty program
structure.
1. The incumbent must have a good business acumen & fair understanding
about project sales.
2. Well versed with concept selling strategies, tricks & tips.
3. Fluent in English and local language as well as excellent articulation of
thoughts.
4. Any prior working experience / internship into sales & marketing will be an
added advantage.
