Awesome, how would you like us to greet your callers? The most popular is, “Thank you
for calling [Business Name], this is [Receptionist Name], how may I help you today?”

Do you have any specific call handling instructions you would like us to give to the
receptionists?

How would you like to receive your messages from your callers, we can do Email, Text
Message, or both, whatever is best for you.

Great, we can also live transfer specific calls to you if you would like. If you did want us
to live transfer you a caller, what type of caller would that be, and what phone number
would you like us to transfer the call to?

Most of our clients ask us to screen and block sales and solicitation calls. I can make
sure we do that for you, does that sound good?

receptionists so that they may better handle your calls?

cycle of $199 per month, which grants you 125 minutes per month.
