Please find attached the Cost to the Company (CTC) and Compensation Structure.

A detailed letter of appointment with all terms and conditions will be issued to you upon joining the Company and completing all the joining
formalities. The documents to be bought at the time of joining are shown in the Annexure I.

medicalcoverage/policy this is optional.

Tax Deductions will be applicable as per the Income Tax Act.

Annexure1

You shall be required to submit the following documents in originals or a copy:

i. Copies of educational qualifications;

ii. Copies of Professional qualifications and registrations;

iii. Copy of PAN;

iv. Copy of Relieving Letter/ Experience certificate from your last employer;

v. Copy of the last pay slip issued by your previous employer prior to cessation of employment;

vi. Copy of Proof of Residential Address:

vii. Two Passport size photos.

viii. Cheque and DD, if applicable.

ix. Four Rs. 100 Stamp paper for execution of agreement, if applicable.
