e. The connection of the internet to be dedicated to work purpose only and not to be

f. Online UPS with at least 2 hours of power backup, powering the computer as
well as the internet router ensuring there is no downtime during power failures.
g. The operating system to be Window-10 (with patches updated).
h. Minimum system hardware – i3 processor, 8GB RAM and 250GB HDD.
i. Licensed Microsoft office (at least MS Word and MS Excel).
j. Licensed antivirus.
k. An internet dongle from any ISP in case of primary internet failure.
l. Good quality professional headphone.
m. Copy of the Broadband Internet Bill to be produced when opting for home-based.

a. Scribes are eligible for a working incentive of Rs 75 per hour if their scribing
hours are above 180 hours in a month.
b. A referral bonus for Rs. 5000 for every experienced medical scribe.
c. A referral bonus of Rs. 10,000 to you and a separate referral bonus of 500 USD
for your provider if he/she refers another provider from another facility.
d. Once you become a lead scribe, a grooming incentive of Rs. 5,000 for every
trainee that you groom.
e. Once a lead scribe, you shall have a team of 12-15 scribes under you, and there
is an incentive of Rs. 5 to 7.5 for every hour of scribing by you and your team
members.
Notes:
1. Medical insurance coverage is for self, spouse, and a maximum of 4 children under
25 years of age. This component cannot be reimbursed.
2. Accident insurance worth 5X annual CTC of the employee.
3. Office-based employees shall be eligible for complimentary canteen facilities. Cost
of this facility is NOT shown under CTC for office-based employees.
4. Cab facility:-
(i) Every office-based employee is eligible for company transportation.
(ii) Rs. 2000 shall be reimbursed to male employees who opt for their own
transportation when working from office.
(iii) Female employees with their own car or female employees whose spouse
is also working with us and have their own vehicle only can opt for own
transportation and will be eligible for Rs. 2000 as transport
reimbursement.
(iv) Cost of this facility is NOT shown under CTC for office-based employees.
