Job Description:

• Post products and other promo materials to social media sites


• Ensure quality on providing customer service and conflict resolution in social
media platforms
• Answer inquiries, get orders, and provide excellent customer service through chat
software and emails.
• Come up with content like descriptions and photos for the posts.
• Perform live selling to shopping platforms
• Perform and initiate promotional and marketing efforts to add new buyers every
day.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience.
• Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee)
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Marketing mind and good in creating selling strategies.
