SWAPPING AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is made and entered into by NIDA C. DACUTANAN, Teacher III of
Motiong National High School, Motiong, Samar, and FLORENCIA D. VENTURA, Teacher
III_of Guinsorungan National High School.
WITNESSETH

That we, ______NIDA C. DACUTANAN___and ____FLORENCIA D. VENTURA______

have jointly agreed to swap stations and swap plantilla items effective upon the approval of
the Schools Division Superintendent of Samar Division –MOISES D. LABIAN JR. and
CARMELA R. TAMAYO, of Catbalogan City Division for the following reasons, to wit:

1. NIDA C. DACUTANAN, is a resident of Brgy. Bunuanan Catbalogan City. I am a

solo parent of 6 children,. Guinsurongan National HIgh School is near in Brgy.
Bunuanan Catbalogan City where I live. I have been traveling for nearly 13 years
back and forth to my current station daily. Considering the distance and weather, it is
risky and exhausting in my part especially that I am driving a motorcycle everyday in
going to school and back in the afternoon to our house.

2. FLORENCIA D. VENTURA, is a resident of Brgy. Pabanog, Paranas, Samar and

Motiong National High School is near in Paranas, Samar where my husband lives
and works. I have been traveling for nearly 8 years going home to Paranas, Samar
everyday. Considering the distance and weather, it is risky and exhausting in my part
to travel most days of the week.
That this agreement is made so that services will be rendered more efficiently and
effectively.
