Ceiling Mounted Speaker

“I was trying to mount rear-high speakers in my basement drop ceiling. I couldn’t find any
workable mounts, so I decided to use Maker Pipe. I cut a piece of plywood to the size of
the ceiling tile and drilled a hole through it and the tile. I attached a 3/4” pipe to the
plywood top through the hole. Using a smaller piece of pipe and a thread insert, I attached
the speaker using a 1/4 - 20 screw and a rubber grommet. With the Maker Pipe angle
connector, I attached the other pipe. The speaker wire ran through the pipe and fit
between the pieces of the angle connector. Works perfectly! Thanks Maker Pipe!” - Rob

Garbage Can Caddy

“I installed 4” aluminum reinforcing tubing with a 1/2” ID into 3/4” emt at all bolt through
connections at the angle frame and at both end of axle housing to center the 1/2” axle
rod. I used 25mm plastic saddle spacers and nylon washers to reduce contact points
between aluminum angle, galvanized pipe and stainless fasteners. For fasteners (Amazon) i
used button head socket and pressed in stainless rivet nuts for all 1/4-20 to keep bolt
through connections as flush as possible. I painted all cut ends and most drilled holes.
Wheel sets are 10” lawnmower replacements and 5” locking swivel rubber casters.
(Amazon) Part resources are Makerpipe, Amazon, Homedepot (emt only) and plastic
saddles from EBay. TimberTech blocks under swivel wheels and grind bolts for 360
clearance.” - Bryan

“Wanted to share my first build: a stand for my laser and 3D printers. Still need to add lights,
filament holder, and probably something for tools but it's otherwise complete. Used 12 x 90
degree connectors, 3/4 EMT with white heat shrink. The verticals are 5 ft uncut pipes from
hardware store. The shelves are leftovers from Ikea side tables which are attached to the
pipes using one hole straps. Really excited and happy with it. Already planning next project :-

Wheelchair Handle Extension

“Maker Pipe worked great for a handle extension we needed for my Granddaughters
wheelchair. Her wheelchair has to carry so much equipment i.e. O2 concentrator, suction
machine, pulse oximeter etc. These items are stored on a tray between the wheels and a
hanging basket. We were constantly kicking this tray while pushing the wheelchair or having
to walk stooped over. I discovered Maker Pipe after Google searching for possible solutions
and designed a simple extension for the existing handle. While not the most elaborate use of
Maker Pipe I've seen it has been life-changing for our situation. A little flat black paint and
some insulation tubing and it looks like a factory add on! Thanks, Maker Pipe!!" - Martin

Side Table
“I needed a small side table, and this one was quick to put together. I used: 8- 3/4" EMT
sections cut to the desired length, 4- 90 degree connectors, 4- threaded pipe inserts, 4-
rubber pipe feet, 4- screws, and 1- High-density polyethylene commercial cutting board,
15" x 20" (Sam's club). The cutting board made for a nice, durable, waterproof tabletop. I
cut the pipes, assembled the frame, and turned it upside down on the bottom of the
tabletop to mark the location for drilling attachment holes. The threaded pipe inserts
made it easy to attach the top using the four screws. Maybe I will paint or shrink-wrap the
pipes, but for my purpose, this was perfect.” - George

“Alex designed this freakin’ awesome bike rack for all of our poor life choices! He calls it “The

from a company called Maker Pipe and the structure is VERY sound! Alex did a pull up on it
and he weighs over 200lbs. A lot of this stuff we already had, so very little $ was spent to do
this. We made shelves and stained them from some wood we had leftover from the
catioproject (photos coming soon). The bronze ceiling tiles we had from our Snailien M725
Kaiser Jeep interior project and mounted as a backboard for the shelves. The conduit we had
from previous projects as well. Have fun out there!” - @ataleejudy on Instagram

Shelving Unit
“My son and I just built this shelf unit for his room. It is 6’x6’ which is too big to move around the
house. We couldn’t split it vertically because we wanted the shelves to span the width and attach
through holes. Instead, we split it horizontally in a way I haven’t seen before. It worked really well
so I thought I should share. The concern was how to connect and support the top section… But I
was worried about it not having any support from side to side. I came up with the solution you see
here. I put a 1/2” section inside the 3/4” conduit. It is about 6 inches longer than the outer pipe so
it sticks up. The top section fits over those and is perfectly lined up with the coupling offering
some added side-to-side support. The 1/2” conduit has a little play so we added a ring of shrink
wrap below the coupling to keep it from clanging when knocked. With six of these all holding each
other in place side to side, the unit feels solid as a rock…” - Marc

enough to support lighting and camera attachments, and narrow enough to allow me to move

points on the pipes and only loosening the Maker Pipe connectors (not removing them) which

"Hi! Here’s my first build - a simple arbor for roses and clematis, with cedar fence planks for
added shade/privacy. After fully constructing the two lengths, I enlisted helpers to get it upright
and “threaded” over 1/4” rebar posts. Leveling was a whole new challenge since the ground is
uneven so I ended up attaching 1/4” steel hose clamps to three of the rebar posts to raise any of
the sides that needed adjustment. So far, that seems to hold the pipe legs level. We’ll see how
that goes when the vines add weight to the structure. Finally, I added some leftover 8’ cedar
fence boards to the short side, for additional shade and privacy. I may add mesh or wire to the
tops and sides for added support for tying in the climbers next spring before the vines take off. I
love how it turned out!" - Wendy

Trellis Arch
"I was finally able to pull the trigger on this trellis. (I had to wait until I built enough of the
terrace it sits on.) There are several hacks in this project I'd like to share. I used 1/2" EMT for
this project because it's cheaper and easier to bend than 3/4" and plenty strong for this
application. I have a simple trellis in my garden that's about six years old that's made of 1/2"
EMT and has stood through some pretty severe storms (one of which took down a nearby tree).
The trellis is anchored to the ground using 1/2 rebar. I cut the rebar into 17" lengths and drove
each piece about half way into the ground, then set the trellis legs over the rebar. The raised bed
was built around the trellis afterward so that the legs are partially buried as well. It's pretty
sturdy.” - Raymond

Garden Enclosure
"My first attempt to protect my wife’s blueberry bushes was a rather small enclosure made
from wooden stakes and bird netting. After about 3 years the bushes were getting bigger, so
the enclosure needed a proper rebuild. This time I choose a maker pipe build. I made a model
with the minis to make sure I had all the correct connectors and then got some ¾” galvanized
conduit and started the build (see material build list). The enclosure frame is 9’ long by 7’ wide
and 6’ 6” high. The 6 corner and support pipes were cut at 8’ lengths and then driven into the
ground to the correct height using a level and a fence post driver pounder. To keep the door
hardware simple I opted for galvanized hinges and a black gate latch. The bottom lattice keeps
the rabbits out and the upper section is standard bird netting. My wife hung some Mardi gras
beads around the top to keep the birds from flying into the netting.” - Peter

we currently have a 50% shade cover attached to it. The frame is built around the tree so that
we don't interfere with the tree growing bigger (and hopefully next year it will give good shade
as well). The shade cloth that is attached to the frame is long enough for us to extend it or let it
hang down (depending on where the sun is coming from). So far our plants are thriving and
hopefully we can keep them alive throughout the hot Summer months here in Arizona. To create
a cozy feel at night, I attached some solar lights to the frame. I'm still working on making some

Hinging Greenhouse Shelves

“Here's my first Maker Pipe project. I am a very avid gardener and grow a lot of seedlings for
both my garden as well to sell at the annual plant sale at our garden club. I have one greenhouse
which I already had built some benches but for this greenhouse, I wanted to do something
temporary so that I could fold them out of the way. I could even plant into this greenhouse
below this bench while still using the bench until end of April when I no longer need the bench.
This build only took 4 one inch T-connectors and 4- 3/4 inch T-connectors and 1/2 a day. Using
the short section of the one inch pipe over the 3/4 as a hinge works fantastic… I am really liking
how this turned out and plan to build out the 2nd 10 ft section to fill the greenhouse which is 20
ft long. The width of the benches are designed to fit both the 10x20 standard trays and standard
16x16 trays so no wasted space which you can see in the photos.” - Dave

Garden Bed Trellises/Sunshades

“This is my second year with my raised bed veggie garden. After the summer season was over, I
concluded the garden needed both shade and good trellising. I wanted a structure that would
allow multiple types of veggie support to be used. This is my solution. The arbor project is about
3/4 finished. Just have one bed left to set up, then cover with shade cloth. The last of the pea
plants are on netting secured to the top of the arbor. Later, I'll be hanging tomatoes from their
arbor. 1/2" and 3/4" conduit. 1" 2:1 shrink tubing fit well over both sizes of conduit. The
connectors are bare on the wrapped 3/4" conduit. I used the bands and adaptor sleeves for the

“I built what I hope will be a very versatile trellis system for my raised bed - I can use it in the
winter to support frost cloth and I can use it in the summer to support my tomatoes. The trellis
is about 7.5 ft tall (the highest I can reach w/o a ladder) and has two "shelf supports" - one at the
top of the frame and one about 30" from the top of the raised bed. I purchased a piece of 8' x
50" cattle panel and cut it into two pieces (8' x 20" and 8' x 24"). I slightly bent the 24" piece to
form an arched top that fits perfectly between the trellis frame. The arch supports frost cloth
w/o sagging and allows water to run off. I can't prove it (I have no engineering experience), but
the arch also seems to make the panel a little sturdier.” - Heather

3/4" roof (because I cantilever corners) to fasten cables to each plant. 1/2" base and 1/2"
verticals. Heat shrink in white for aesthetics look good with black brackets. Wife informed me
she does not want to see the base frame, or pipes outside of the garden boxes... so the only
solution was to put the base under the planter boxes, with a vertical sticking out between them.

3D Printed Pipe Feet

“I really love the rubber pipe feet sold in the Maker Pipe shop. They are fantastic. However, for
my bird feeder setup which is out in the elements all year, they only lasted a couple years. The
snug fit, combined with hot, cold, rain (lots of rain where I live) and sunlight and ozone take a
toll. As you can see in the attached photo, rubber that is stretched over conduit eventually starts
to crack under these conditions. At least mine did (to be fair, I purchased my feet on Amazon
before Maker Pipe had them). My solution was to 3D print replacements with flex TPU filament.
My design uses as little filament as possible resulting a smaller pipe foot. It still provides 5mm of
solid “rubber” under the end to give some cushion, but this is definitely a smaller solution than
regular rubber feet.” - Randy

Tie Down Point

“I bought the maker pipe kayak cart to replace my pvc cart which couldn’t carry the weight of
my loaded fishing kayak. I was able to reuse my axle and 10" Harbor Freight wheels as well as
some 3/4" conduit from a past project, so besides the maker kit, I spent $12.50 for 10' of
conduit. The design modification to the maker kit plans was carried over from my pvc cart. It
included extended width axle to clear the tires with a bent metal plate to accept a carabiner.
This allows a very quick connection of a tie-down strap to either side of the axle. Also, closed
cell pipe insulation was used for bunk covers. Overall this kit is great and produces a very sturdy
cart capable of handling the weight of a loaded fishing kayak. Total build time was about an hour

Hammer In Threaded Flange

“I came across these great EMT adapter hacks today in the Lowes plumbing section. I will be

1 - 3/4" slide in coupler to join 2 pieces of same size conduit.

2 - 3/4" Insert and threaded base adapter. It slides inside the EMT conduit and the threaded end
fits a 3/4" base flange.” - Aksel

Threaded Insert Vise

“Might be old news but a good way to install the 1/4-20 inserts into EMT is to use a pipe clamp.
It's worth having one or two of these in every shop/garage as they are very useful and not that
expensive. Think of it as mobile vise for longer pieces of pipe and a million other uses.” - Dwain

Halloween Armature
“I just completed my first build with Maker Pipe, using it to create an armature for a large
Halloween decoration. Most of the difficulties were my own fault, the only
recommendation/question I have is that I’d love if the nut end had a hex fitting for extra
tightening. I didn't realize that at first and had to redo all of the connections to face the opposite
direction (the hex side was covered by the sculpture). Also I would have liked to make some of
the connections a little tighter. Without the hex on the nut, I couldn’t grip the nut well enough
to keep it from turning. There may be an obvious reason for this I missed, but that's really the
only issue I had. Also I bought the hand cutter and it worked great. Love the ability to create a
structure without major tools! In all I'm really happy with maker pipe and definitely plan to use it
again! - Michael (Review of T Connector)

Light Up Star
“My first Maker Pipe project: a frame for mounting a holiday star to the roof of my house. Clips
onto the parapet wall facing diagonally as shown. Verticals with pipe insulation in front and
behind wall keep it stable in the high winds we get here occasionally. Offset bends in the front
verticals were the hardest part to do. Uses only 6 tee fittings. I was able to fabricate, assemble
and install in an afternoon. Unlike other solutions, Maker Pipe allows full on-site adjustments,
and is light enough that I could carry the whole thing up a ladder myself. In my exuberance, I
neglected to take pix during the build, but it’s pretty simple; much simpler than the dimensional
lumber design I came up with originally” - Douglas

Sukkah
“This year I built a sukkah (a temporary outdoor structure) used as part of the Jewish festival

pipe lengths were needed, horizontals all remained at 10 ft, and all verticals and lengthwise
pieces were at 8 feet, so next year it can be easily reassembled without caring where specific
pieces go. There were 4 corner braces using the 2 foot offcuts. So it took 20 sections of pipe,
6-90 degree, 3-180 degree, 2-4 way, 2-T, and 8-45 degree connectors.” - Stuart

wonder if there is an easier (more lightweight) way to do it. I need it to be sturdy as I'm a big

shims down so it only touched one side of the Maker Pipe clamps on the larger tube and used
the full size shim on the smaller tube. I used 6 of the original T-Connectors, 2 rubber pipe feet
and roughly 8' of 3/4" EMT conduit. The 2 risers were cut to 12" and the curved support
started at 36" and 2 90 degree bends were done in the middle. If you don't have a tubing

members loose enough so that I can slide them together or apart easily. When broken down,
the whole thing is less than 4” deep. I have the spring clamps so that I can mount the whole

pay to have all waste water pumped out, so the outdoor shower would also save on sewer

RV Wind Skirting
“This is a solution I came up with to frost-proof the underside of our travel trailer. We'll be
living in it for the next year or so while we build our house in southwest Virginia (it gets cold
here). Maker Pipe was used as the framing structure around the bottom breezeway of the
RV. It provided something strong to attach metal roofing panels to. I simply drove the EMT
right into the ground and attached some horizontal runs with Maker Pipe to make my way
around the entire perimeter. Self-tapping screws worked perfect to attach the panels to the
bars. Lastly, I added some Styrofoam pipe wrap along the top edge to cover up the rough
edges of the metal roofing panels and to protect the sides of the RV from scratches… The
metal panels are nice and tight and aren't going anywhere. We've had some strong winds, too
and the strength of the Maker Pipe hasn't budged. - Jon

approximately 17 pounds each and rather than take them out one by one, connecting the

Sandbox Cover
“Built this adjustable sandbox shade/cover using 3/4" EMT conduit and Maker Pipe parts.
The vertical posts are 6'6" and secured to the sandbox using the flange connector. (For added
strength, I used threaded inserts and washers secured with a 1/4-20 bolt on each flange, as
seen here: https://youtu.be/T3fltP7HRM8?t=322). The horizontal pieces up top are secured
to the vertical beams using the 90 degree connector piece. The shade is attached to the
vertical posts loosely using parachute cord; this allows the shade to be raised and lowered
along the vertical posts so that it can function as a cover when the sandbox isn't being used.
Along the horizontal posts, I have attached 8 6" bungees that clip into the grommets on the
side of the shade to hold it in the up position. To angle the shade, the desired bungees can be
detached and the shade pulled down to the appropriate angle.” - Kevin

Outdoor Storage
“I started this project last fall weeks before I found out maker pipe existed. As soon as I found
your company I shifted my focus and started integrating your product. The goal was to build a
temporary storage shed avoiding additional property taxes levied and to make it a bit bigger
than a normal shed to meet my needs. It measures 22’ wide by 35.5’ long and about 16’ tall. The
opening is about 10.5’x10.5’ and I assembled the first 20’ or so in a cube truss so I can store my
pickup truck loaded with a camper inside along with several other vehicles. The remaining
trusses are at about 8’. The shed is freestanding but I’ve learned that it won’t support any more
than a 6” snow load without the additional lumber supports so I get 3 seasons open and winter
using the lumber supports when there’s a snow load on the roof. Since I’ve shrink wraped many
boats over the years I’ve come accustomed to using shrinkwrap and that’s the cover. I’m
planning for 5 years but will likely get 10 or more out of the wrap. 2021 cost of this is about
$3300 plus about two weeks to design and assemble. I think that’s a reasonable outlay.” - Matt

Trampoline Leg Extenders

“Our backyard has about a 25% slope, and we didn't love the idea of putting the trampoline
in the front yard, so I had to find a way to keep the trampoline level. Conduit turned out to
be the ideal construction material. I made a set of support legs, and honestly they're probably
sturdier than the trampoline's original legs. The trampoline legs are bolted to pressure-
treated lumber, and the lumber is attached to the conduit via flange fittings. 12" rebar U-
stakes anchor the conduit to the ground. Probably the hardest part was just making all of the
legs level; each one was at a slightly different height.” - R. Bryan

Fishing Rod Rack

“We went on a fishing trip for trout recently and I wanted something to better organize and
protect the rods and reels from getting damaged… Beings that I like to bring a selection of rods
not knowing what the river is going to be like, I needed to make a rod holder that would
accommodate a couple of 2 piece rods, a 5' ultra lite rod and a couple fly rods. In the pictures,
you can see I used 1-1/2" abs mounted to 3/4" EMT and then I made a strap to hold the handles
of the rods. After the test fit to the ceiling of the camper shell, I found the strap didn't work all
that well, it sagged too much. I then made Velcro straps for each individual handle to hold it
tighter against the EMT where issue #2 arose, the EMT got way too hot for the handles to rest
against. Correction #2 was to change out the EMT to the 3/4" gray schedule 40 PVC conduit. I
mounted the rack to the ceiling of the shell using 1" x 4" pieces of nylon strapping screwed to
the shell with 1" stainless steel wafer head screws.” - Steve

Portable Duck Blind

“I built a portable duck blind that could withstand the elements of wind and snow. Last year I
made a PVC blind and it did not last the season. Discovered Maker Pipe and went with EMT
Conduit. I used Onduline roofing panes ($18/each) and zip tied them to the roof lines. After
adding all the roofing panels, grass and fencing for camo it became heavier and I noticed it
needed 45' reinforcements for stability. Added those last. To avoid any wind gust tipping-over,
I am using large yard anchors from Amazon. My hunting partners thought this was the best
build so far and we are considering making more and selling them. I could have saved money

“My first MakerPipe build. 12x16 shade carport utilizing 3/4”,1”, and 1/2” EMT. I built an
18” 2x4 knee wall to help with the securing of the 1” uprights. Tapcons used to anchor the
wall as well as the cross EMT securing to my concrete block home. The original plan was for
a custom Sunbrella boat canvas I had made. It was very heavy duty /expensive and I
changed my mind using a piece of landscape shade material instead ($79 on Amazon) The
fabric cuts the UV by 90% as well as handling the strong wind gusts ( We just had Hurricane

“Started my back patio hospitality & sitting room project. Initially I intended to use wood to
construct a framework to secure phifer suntek 80 shade screen. Build out a little outdoor
sitting area for the family. I quickly discerned that attaching a wood framework to my all
aluminum outdoor patio awning, would be more than I could do in a DIY project. I found the
youtube makerpipe channel. Started using ¾" emt counduit with makerpipe connections;
that's something I could work with. Now we have a nice outdoor dining and sitting space.
However with makerpipe I can see the potential expansion of the entire back patio space;
and it won't be more that I can do / handle. It will be easy for me now that I got my

successfully used 3/4” conduit. Figured for $200 in conduit and Maker Pipe parts, it was worth
looking into. We made our frame last weekend and today we were expecting rain. We were
not anticipating gusts up to 70 mph! …We would have taken the shade down as a precaution
had there been any indication of high winds. One hour and an inch and half of rain later, the
frame was still standing with no damage! Maker Pipe may be my new favorite thing!” - Jenifer

Camera Gear Cart

“Needed something to haul my camera gear on shoots in the outdoors and came up with this. I'm
still testing it a bit and should making final modifications to it in the next day or two. Basically it's
3/4" EMT with pretty standard MP connectors. I am getting my own pipe bender tomorrow and I
will be making a new custom bend handle for the cart. I also am installing the press in 1/4-20 and
3/8-16 inserts which I hope to use for installing camera gear and extensions on the sides of the cart.
The 45 degree connectors on the back/front ends of the cart will be replaced with 90 degree
connectors and I will bend my own support pieces for my tripods and those will most likely be at 45
degrees with a 3 inch or so flat area before the bend. I hope to make a video at some point or
maybe at least post some more photos. I have used it nearly everyday and it works better than I
even imagined. The wheels are 10" pneumatics from Harbor Freight but I am considering getting
some larger wheels in the future if I think it will help but it does the job very well right now.” -

“I needed to build a voice-over booth for my wife and found Maker Pipe as a solution to build
a frame to hang the sound blankets. I was impressed with the quality of the parts from Maker
Pipe. I love the shrink wrapping and black components to make the product look high-end
once done. For my build, I guessed on the design ahead of time and ordered a bunch of
components. On the day of the build, I threw the "guess" out the window and built it on-the-
fly, adjusting the design according to the parts on hand and how it worked in the space. The
design is pretty strong considering the weight of the blankets and the torque on the supports.
The sound blankets on the front act as curtains, and the three levels of EMT allow the
curtains to easily roll past each other.” - Steve

Chicken Partition
“When chicks get to a certain size, they have GOT to go outside. Also, when introducing new
chicks or chickens to a flock it's a good idea to keep them apart but where they can get used to
each other. I used conduit and Maker Pipe connectors to build a removable partition I can set
up in our chicken run. It consists of three 4'x6' panels that can be arranged as desired and are
just joined to each other and the sides of the run with zip ties. Two are plain and one has a door.
Where I put two panels next to each other in the same plane, I inserted a length of 1/2" conduit
into them at the top and bottom to help them behave as a single panel. (I meant to get a photo
of that and forgot.) The whole enclosure is big enough to include a small coop we use just for
chicks.Once all the chickens are integrated I can easily disassemble it for storage.” - Ann

of 1" conduit that served as drop-in posts (drill drainage holes into it and hammer-flatten one
end of it like a spike. I drove them flush into the ground and now was able to simply drop the full
length 3/4" conduit into the sleeves instead trying to drive a 8-10' long pipe from above into the

Stock Tank Enclosure Lid

“My two latest projects are related to raising new chicks. First up, when they're little we keep
them in a stock tank (set on a bathtub in the bathroom, yes it's dusty). To make it easy to reach
in for cleaning, feeding etc. and at the same time keep the chicks IN the tank I made a hinged lid
(well, pair of lids)... For my strawberry cages I had a bender with a 3' diameter. My kingdom for a
2' diameter bender! One design requirement was that I not put any holes in the tank or attach
anything permanently to it. Another was that the lids be removable for storage. For the hinges I
used scraps of 3/4" pipe and some clamps I found in the electrical department that had a rubber
coating. I ran out of time to figure out a good way to attach the clamps to the conduit so I used
the handyman's secret weapon, duct tape. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with these. They quickly
clip onto the side of the tank, stay put while in use, and easily pop off for storage.” - Ann

Turkey Roost
“I drilled and put bolts in every connector except the 45° connectors. I wanted to be sure it
wouldn't come apart in high winds with 100 lbs or more of turkeys on it. I put larger diameter
bamboo on it with zip ties and electrical tape so the turkeys could get a better grip and for
added stability. Also so they wouldn't have to grip a cold pipe in the winter. I didn't want to
portion the turkeys actually roosted on to have any connections to the side walls to try to
prevent raccoons for climbing up the conduit and getting the turkeys. I did add one
connection to the back wall for stability . Raccoons will eat small young turkeys. So if I had
been building for maximum strength I would have changed the design somewhat.” - Vic

Baja Bug Roof Rack

“I made a few changes to my roof rack on my ragtop baja! The light bar mounted was a cheapy

don’t let anyone tell you that emt isn’t strong enough to hold weight. I have one of our kayaks

Lastly, I was finally able to get around to make an actual platform for the roof rack and use it
to carry and store things. I am only putting it on the back 2 feet so that you can still see out or
stick your arms out the rag top when it is pulled back. The platform is made of 1/2 inch
expanded metal and is attached with self tappers and washers into the emt. The next step is to

standard construction grade lumber in 8, 10, 12 and 14 foot lengths, plus one on which hang a

pipe, which quickly became untenable due to complexity and cost of fittings. I then did an internet
search and found Maker-Pipe. Bought my first few lengths of 3/4” EMT I quickly saw how
versatile EMT with Maker Pipe could be and quickly came up with a design... I also quickly revised
that design, and Maker Pipe was right there with the perfect solution. My old truck and I are of
course getting older every day ( me 78, truck 16 ) but with this new rack, and a great truck ( 300k

Motorcycle Luggage Rack

“Super nice product. Here's the end result. The grab bar that I connected to is in between 1/2
and 3/4 EMT size, so I took a plumbing wall tube (polypropylene and thinner than PVC) and
made spacers for those connections. Works great.” - Tim

ATV Bed Railing

The builder of this rack needed extra real estate to maximize his firewood runs. He used
Maker Pipe and conduit to add on to the existing bed railing then used wood panels to close
off the bed and make the walls even higher. Now he can utilize the maximum bed capacity
and load it down with firewood!

The builder of this bike rack needed a way to attach storage bags to his bike when riding.
There wasn’t anything readily available so he did what most DIYers do. He built his own and
it turned out awesome. It is able to hold a bag on each side and it remains sturdy while
riding! See more photos here.
