1. Respectfully request to verify the records of the following names, if they
possessed, owned or in controlled of what Caliber of firearms and/or explosives.

a. ERWIN DELA CRUZ y GUCE, legal age, married, member of Philippine Air
Force (PAF) and a resident of # 465 Gen. Lonzame Street, Sucat, Muntinlupa
City, and
b. ROLANDO DEVESME JR., y SEMAÑA, legal age, single and a resident of
Block 1, 2, 3 Creek Site, Purok 6, Sucat, Muntinlupa City.

2. Further, furnish this Office a Certified Copy of the verification result which will
be used as an attachment in the application of Search Warrant against the said subjects
separately for violation of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition
Regulation Act).

COMES NOW, the Undersigned PCAPT GERVIE M IGUBAN member of

the Philippine National Police presently assigned at District Mobile Force
Batallion (DMFB), Southern Police District (SPD), Fort Bonifacio, Taguig
City and designated as Chief Investigation Section after having sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby deposes and states the following:

1. That he has been informed and verily believes that the person
EDGARDO MARASIGAN y NAJOS of legal age and a resident of
Zone 4, Pugad Lawin, Marasigan Residence, Brgy Almanza Dos, Las
Piñas City is in possession and control of properties which are the
subject of the offense, to wit:

a. One Cal 9mm; and

b. Several rounds of ammunitions for 9mm firearm.

2. That the Undersigned has verified the report and found it to be a fact
that EDGARDO MARASIGAN y NAJOS of legal age and a resident
of Zone 4, Pugad Lawin, Marasigan Residence, Brgy Almanza Dos,
Las Piñas City is violating RA 10591 or otherwise known as
“Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”.

3. That there is a reason to believed that a Search Warrant be issued to

enable the Undersigned to take custody and bring to this Honorable
Court the above described item/s. Attached are the following
documents to support the application of Search Warrant.

a. Affidavit of Witness Deponent;

b. Vicinity Sketch of the Location of the subject’s house;
c. Certification from Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO), Camp
Crame, Quezon City; and
d. Pictures of the subject.

4. WHEREFORE, the applicant prays unto this Honorable Court to issue

a Search Warrant authorizing him and his agents or any peace officer
to Search the premises described in this application and to bring to

AFFIDAVIT OF THE APPLICANT

The Undersigned PCPT GERVIE IGUBAN member of the Philippine

National Police presently assigned at District Mobile Force Batallion
(DMFB), Fort Bonifacio, Southern Police District (SPD), Taguig City and
designated as Chief Investigation Section after having sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby deposes and states the following:

That in the morning of June 21, 2022 PMSG Primitivo Delayun Jr.,
assigned with this Section and designated as investigator informed me that
a certain David Labad Zubiri of legal age, construction worker and
presently residing at Zone 4 Pugad Lawin, Brgy Almanza Dos, Las Piñas
City came over and reported a certain Edgardo Marasigan who is holding
and possessing firearms.

That I instructed Pat Maverick J Feliciano, member of Intelligence Section,

DMFB, SPD to conduct verification and clandestine investigation with
regards to the whereabouts of the subject. As a result, the subject was
previously detained for Possession of Illegal Drugs (Section 12),
Possession of Drugs Paraphernalia under RA 9165. Further, the subject’s
neighbors affirmed that he has a bad record.

That the Undersigned requested a verification to the Office of Firearms and

Explosives Division, Camp Crame thru NCRPO to determine whether or
not he is a legal holder of firearm. As a result, EDGARDO MARASIGAN y
NOJAS has NO firearm/s. Thus, the applicant has reason to believed that
the subject is violating RA 10591 or known as “Comprehensive Firearms
and Ammunition Regulation Act” which cause the preparation of documents
for the application of Search Warrant against the subject.

laban kay Edgardo Marasigan na nakatira sa Zone 4, Pugad Lawin,
Marasigan Residence, Brgy Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City

Na, noong ika- 1 ng Hunyo taong 2022 ganap na ika- 8 ng gabi, habang
ako po ay nagllakad para bumili ng sigarilyo nang makasalubong ko ang
mga ilang tao na tumatakbo at habang papalapit ako ay nakita ko si
Edgardo Marasigan na parang lasing at may hawak na baril kya kumaripas
na rin ako ng takbo ppalayo.

Na, nong ika-20 ng Hunyo taong 2022 ganap na 8 ng gabi niyaya ako ng
aking barkada na punta raw kami sa barkada niya kasi may inoman daw at
hindi ko naman akalain na doon pala kami pupunta sa bahay ni Edgardo
Marasigan. At pagdating po namin sa bahay ni Edgardo ay naabotan
namin na nag iinom na pla sila kaya nakipag inoman na rin po kami tapos
mamaya po ay nagsalita si Edgardo na bili daw sya ng pulutan at may
kinuha sya sa bag na nakasabit na kulay itim na baril na parang Caliber
9mm at sinabihan pa sya ng isa niyang kabarkda na huwag na niyang
dalhin ang kanyang baril dahil baka machekpoint pa pero nagpumilit pa po
at natapos nga kami mga ganap na Ika 10 ng gabi.

Na, kinabukasan po ganap na 8 ng umaga, ika-21 ng Hunyo taong 2022

sinabihan ko po yong kaibigan ko na magsumbong kami sa pulis pero
sinabihan ako na huwag daw sa mga pulis ng Las Pinas dahil may tropa
daw si Edgardo Marasigan doon at dito nga po ako itinuro.

Na, natatakot po ako na baka mamaya mga kamag anak ko o baka

pamilya ko pa po ang madidisgrasya ni Edgardo Marasigan kaya minabuti
ko na po na magsumbong.

The Undersigned Pat Maverick J Feliciano member of the Philippine

National Police presently assigned at District Mobile Force Battalion
(DMFB), Fort Bonifacio, Southern Police District (SPD), Taguig City and
designated as Intel PNCO after having sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby deposes and states the following:

That in the afternoon of June 21, 2022 PCPT GERVIE IGUBAN instructed
me to conduct surveillance and clandestine investigation with regards to
the person of EDGARDO MARASIGAN of Zone 4 Pugad Lawin, Brgy
Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City who is violating RA 10591 otherwise known
as “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”.

That immediately, I together with two (2) others proceeded at Zone 4

Pugad Lawin, Brgy Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City to conduct surveillance
and investigation. Inquiry revealed that the subject was involved for gun
toting but cannot prosper because the complainant afraid of. Other
revealed that he involved in a robbery hold-up within the stretch of
Alabang-Zapote Road. Furthermore, he has a previous case for
Possession of Illegal Drugs (Section 12), Possession of Drugs
Paraphernalia under RA 9165 filed before the Hall of Justice of Las Piñas
City.
