Formatting the Contents
A4 size of paper should be used in printing the manuscript. All the contents of which
should observe the following:
Font Style: Times New Roman
Font Size: 14 for Headings. 12 for paragraphs and for figure and table labels
Paragraph Lines Spacing: 1.5 spacing from the Abstract Page Onwards
Margins: 1 inc space for the Top, Right and Bottom margins. 1.5 inch space for the
left margin
Paging: Pages should be printed at the lower right portion of the pages wherein page
1 should start at the first page of Chapter 1.

Sequencing of the Contents
The following sequence should be followed in placing the contents of the manuscript.
I. Title Page
- should follow the same format with the cover page but margins are adjusted
accordingly
III. Abstract
- should contain the shorter descriptive and informative narrative of a larger work. It
should contain the problem you are addressing, the method you have done to answer
the problem, the highlight of your findings and results, and lastly implications of
your findings.
IV. Acknowledgement
- is the portion in your manuscript where you can express your gratefulness to the
people or entities that helped you carry out and finish your work.
- the tenor should be formally written
V. Table of Contents
- this includes the page locations of the main contents of your manuscript in the
following order:
