5 Ways to Become Healthy

 Get enough sleep- My sleeping pattern is incorrect because I frequently sleep early in
the morning due to sleep deprivation or because I am working too hard on my school
activities. I should drop this bad habit since sleep is very important because it allows the
body to repair itself and be fit and ready for the next day. Adequate rest may also aid in
the prevention of excess weight gain, heart disease, and illness duration.

 Do not skip breakfast- When I have early classes, I sometimes forget to eat breakfast,
but this time I will try to wake up early so that I can still prepare and eat breakfast
because a healthy breakfast has many health benefits, so from now on, I will try not to
skip it. Breakfast replenishes our body's energy and nutrient stores. People who do not
have breakfast may not meet the recommended daily intakes of fiber, vitamins and
minerals.

 Drink plenty of water- It is essential for our health that we drink enough water every
day. Drinking water can help prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause hazy
thinking, mood swings, burning up, constipation, and kidney stones. Water assists our
bodies in maintaining a normal body temperature.

 Eat healthy food- Eating healthily lowers the risk of physical health problems such as
heart disease and diabetes. It also improves our sleeping patterns, energy levels, and
overall health.

 Exercise Regularly- Exercise improves blood circulation and strengthens our hearts.
This reduces our chances of developing heart diseases such as high cholesterol,
coronary artery disease, and heart attack. Exercising on a regular basis can also help to
lower our blood pressure and triglyceride levels. Aids our bodies in managing blood
sugar and insulin levels.
