In this training section you will learn:

LTL Operations Dashboard

The first step in tracking and tracing is utilizing the LTL Operations Dashboard.
The LTL Operations Dashboard will display all the commonly used statuses along with the number of
shipments in each status. This is a quick way to get a overall picture of where all your shipments are in
the shipment process.
For example you can quickly see how many shipments you have in route to destination.

If you need to actually view the shipments that are in route to destination, you can click on the link (In
Route to Destination). Once you click on the link, you will be taken to the Domestic Search page (link to
page) where you can update the statuses and view more details about the shipments.

The LTL Operations Dashboard is powerful tool and will help you identify issues very quickly and easily.

Shipment Domestic Search


The Shipment Domestic Search page allows you to perform many functions related to tracking & tracing.

When you first arrive to the Domestic Search page, you see a list of all your recent shipment, sorted by
the ship date. However you easily resort the list by clicking on the titles of each column
Near the right of the page, there is column labeled Status, this will display to you the current status of
each shipment. You can filter the statuses by using the status drop down menu.

There are many ways to search for shipments on this page such as by carrier, office, customer,
exceptions, shipment IDs, shipments types, statuses and active only shipments. If you need to search by
more detailed criteria, simply click on “show advanced”. This will give you even more search options like
origin & destination zip codes, pro numbers, date ranges and much more.
The Shipment Domestic Search page is not only a tool that allows you to search for shipments, but it
also allows you to update shipment statuses, e-mail documents and view and edit shipment details.
These functions can be preformed under the actions column.

To edit the shipment click on the pencil icon, to view the shipment details click on the circular icon with
“i” inside of it.

If you would like to send documents such as a BOL, Invoice, labels, alerts, etc, click on the envelope icon.
Once you click on the envelope icon the send documents window will appear.
You can easily view recent activity for a shipment by clicking on the icon with the bars. Once you click on
that it will give you the recent activity for the shipment.
From the actions menu you can also quickly update the status of the shipment. Click on the “road” icon
and the status update window will appear.
There is also a way to update the statuses of a group of shipments all at once. To the left of page you
will notice check boxes next to each shipment. Check off the boxes next to the shipments you would like
to update. Once you start checking the boxed, a drop down menu will appear and allow you to select
which status to update the shipments you have selected to.

Profitability Report
The profitability report can be used to show you how your business is doing today. You can analyze and
observe growth and declines over any time period that you select.

Report Types that are available are:


Profitability By Month

Profitability Detail

Each report will deliver information based on the type of information selected. The Profitability Detail
Report is designed to give you the supporting data that backs up the numbers in the By xxxx reports. It is
important to remember that these reports are based on “Shipment” data and are not financial reports
which are a reflection of time.

Customer / Freight Broker Profile Page

The profile page is intended to show relevant information about a customer in one place and provide a
starting point for working with the customer or LSP.
What is on the Page

1. Create Shipment – Redirects to the domestic create shipment page.

2. Edit Record – Allows for the general information for the customer to be changed.

3. Hierarchy – Shows all the sub organizations between the current logged in user and the
customer.
