Experienced Studio Manager with more than 15 years in the graphic industry. Superb Print Production, Pre-press, Creative Development, Digital, New Business development, and Presentation knowledge. Managing for over 8 years, Ive learned that every studio has its own personality and for that reason it needs its own customized directives, based on industry standard procedures to be able to function and engage seamlessly with the rest of the agency. I also possess the ability to train, coach and manage a team of operators, moving everyone up to the next level, especially when upgrading either equipment, software, or instructing a new directive. Approve Studio artists timesheets also using FileMaker Pro.
