Introduction

Business Intelligence (BI) is a comprehensive approach encompassing technology, processes, and

strategies to collect, analyze, and interpret business data. It empowers organizations to gain valuable
insights from raw information, facilitating informed decision-making, optimizing operations, and
enhancing competitive advantage. Through data integration, analysis, visualization, and reporting, BI
enables businesses to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and correlations, thereby transforming data
into actionable knowledge that drives growth, efficiency, and innovation.
