CHAPTER 3

Population

This study will be conducted on the employees of Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial

College of Las Piñas (DFCAMCLP) during the year of 2023.

The study involved 55 out of 100 or 55% of the employees at the DFCAMCLP who

were currently employed.

Sampling Design

Purposive convenient sampling was used to select the respondents to validate the

outcome of this study. They were selected regardless of their nature of work in the institution.

This sampling is a technique wherein the researcher relies on his or her own judgement when

choosing members of the population to participate in the study.

Data Collection

Upon the approval of the research instrument, the researcher will formally write a

letter to the College President of the Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College of Las Piñas

(DFCAMCLP) thru the respective School Officials for their consent to conduct the study and

the request to get some information of the respondents to facilitate the research instrument

respectively.

The printed survey questionnaire will be given out and administered to non-teaching

personnel and administrators of DFCAMCLP once the request is granted. Meanwhile, after

the respondents answered the instrument, this will be collected and the results of the study

will be analyzed and treated statistically.
