1. Fitter & turner X10
Duties/Responsibilities-involved in the setting up of machinery to enable the manufacture of
engineering products, repair or replacement of components, installation and maintenance of
plant and machinery, and construction and commissioning work.

Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Administration
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar post

2. Builders X15
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent-3-4 years’ experience
• Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other documents.
• Proficiency with power tools and other construction equipment.

3. Steel Bar X10

Requirements and qualifications- should be able to measure, cut, bend,

and setup steel bars as per the specifications provided.

• Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience

4. Plastering workers-X10
Requirements and qualifications
 • Repair surfaces and level off uneven areas. mix plaster to the right
consistency by hand or with an electric mixer. apply 'wet' finishes to walls and
ceilings - solid plastering. create ornamental features like ceiling roses,
cornices and architraves - fibrous plastering.
• Level 2 -diploma in plastering
• 2-3 years pf experience

5. Concreate workers- X15

Requirements and qualifications
• ensures concrete is poured correctly through accurate placement on-site with
various forms needed on the construction site

• a thorough knowledge of the characteristics of concrete.

• good teamwork skills.
• a good awareness and understanding of on-site safety issues.
• to be able to follow precise directions.
• 1-2 years of concrete or skilled labor experience
• Diploma or equivalent
