STAFF MEETING
MINUTES OF THE MEETING
Date: July 26, 2022

The meeting started at 9:20 in the morning and was held at the Mam Padua’s classroom. The
meeting was hosted by Ms. Rachelle Padua , School Brigada Focal Person. The Roll Call
was facilitated by Mrs Susan Recio school guidance coordinator.
Meeting Proper:
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Soronio and the following matters were discussed:
Agenda:
1.Scheduling of the teachers for the enrollment and brigada eskwela activities.
The teachers would render a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 10 days for the
brigada eskwela and enrollment activities. The teachers would be given opportunity
to choose the day they want to render service for the brigada eskwela and
enrollment as long as there would be no overlapping of schedules and there will be
teachers throughout the whole duration of activities giving teachers time to enjoy
their vacation as well.
2. Teachers should be reminded to take pictures of the activities before, during and after to
be used for their service credits claim.
3, Letters for different stakeholders be distributed not later than today for the brigade
eskwela activities.
Mam Padua also expressed to visit barangay officials this afternoon to advocate
LGU’s for the Brigada Eskwela activities.
4. School Brigada Eskwela Kick off was also discussed and agreed that it will be done after
the District Brigada Eskwela Kick Off.
5. It was also agreed that there will be meeting of teachers to be held on July 28, 2022 to
tackle all the preparations for the School Brigada Eskwela Kick -off.
6. The meeting ended at exactly 11:30 in the morning.
