Q: In developing countries, we see a growing number of juvenile

delinquency. What can we do to reduce this ?

( Ở các quốc gia phát triển, tội phạm thanh thiếu niên gia tăng. Biện
pháp để giảm thiểu ? )

R: With this problem, I think we need to immediate solution. The first

is that the government as well as school should teach the children,
especially teenagers about the drawbacks of crime and it prevent
people commit the crime. about their parents, theu have responsibilty
to teach their children about thinking. Second,
( unaudible) they shoudl spend less time for Internet, they play games
and commit the crime and take money of all the people. I do not have
any other ideas.....

14: 00 Q: Can you talk about the festival you used to attend and
what do you like about it ?

 R: You know. I was born in the rural area. In my town, have a very
valued festival. time raising ?it is held every year in my town. The
festival is held after the harvest, they let their car racing.....After many
years, it is one of the cultural sites of my provinces. It attracts a lot of
tourist from the South area but I do not realy like this festival because
we have to attend till the end to watch ( unaudible) of the festival. My
father and my grandparent really like this festival.

16:15 Q: Why people celebrate festival ?

R: for this festival, they celebrate it after hours of wokring day in the
field. ( Unaudible) they let the cow raise and whwich ...........after
many times, it widened and attract more farmers to join in this
competition. It is famous and become official celebration every year
in my province.

17: 32. Q: Do you think younger generation should keep holding

festival ?

R: Nowadays, the younger one do not want to become farmers. The
competition is held by farmers and the people nowdays want to
become a teacher, a business, a worker or some jobs like that. I think
in the future, after 12-20 years later, the competition will ......One of
kind of cultural An Giang province. It is still preserved and protected.

29: 30. Q: What should we do to revise the economy ?

R: I am a student and I do not alot of knowledge about his. In my
opion, the solution to the goverment have to deal with unemployment
of employees nowadayts, hard for them to do. and the nextx thing is
present their price of things nowadays. price of everything. I think we
can do strengthen the fielf of Vietnam, have a good plan of crisis.
something. agriculture and develop tourism in Vietnam. that's all my
knowledge about that.

đạt ( expression) tự nhiên và thành ngữ trong giao tiếp để tăng hiệu
quả diễn đạt và chất lượng bài nói. Phát âm to, rõ, dễ nghe, tuy nhiên
cần cải thiện nhiều về nối âm và phụ âm khi trình bày khẩu ngữ. Các
cấu trúc câu có đơn, phức đan xen đạt yêu cầu giao tiếp ngôn ngữ.
Học viên cần cải thiện nhiều về các dạng phức hợp mệnh đề và học
thêm về cách trình bày thuyết phục và thu hút (mở ý, trình bày ý,
phản biện ý tưởng) để nâng cao hiệu quả thuyết phục ở các chủ đề
khó, phức tạp, ít gặp. ( part 3)
