**Abstract**
This study presents an investigation into the design, performance, and
applications of a cutter powered by a direct current (DC) motor. The primary
objective is to evaluate the efficiency, reliability, and adaptability of the DC
motor-driven cutter in various operational scenarios. Through systematic
testing and analysis, the study assesses the motor's torque, speed, and power
characteristics, correlating them with the cutter's cutting precision and speed.
Furthermore, the study delves into the integration of control mechanisms to
optimize the cutter's performance, ensuring safe and effective operation.
Results indicate promising outcomes for the use of DC motor-driven cutters in
