Objectives
 Set goals and targets of teachers for this quarter
 Gather all accomplishment for the quarter

Preliminaries:

 Inform School Heads through group chat

 Give copies of memos to the participants
 Log in in the attendance sheet

Results:
The following were the highlights of the activity
 Orient the participants on the guidelines and what to accomplished
 Set the group for brainstorming
 Checking of outputs

Design of the Event:

 To make the participants aware and be able to document all and every activities
 It made school personnel well verse of their duties and responsibilities and find ways
how to accomplish it

Methodology :

 Reading of memorandum/announcement
 Reaction from participants were gathered
 Check and balance all output for the quarter

Management of the Activity:

 The activity was managed by the School , participated by the teachers , the school ICT
was assigned the documenter.

Audience Participation:

 Everyone was encourage to react and give their views regarding the information . Some
points for clarifications were raised also and there was a thorough discussions and
important points were given emphasis.

Logistical Arrangement:

 There were expenses were charged to local following proper accounting and
liquidation processes.

ESTABLISHMENT OF GULAYAN sa PAARALAN
The School had established Gulayan sa Paaralan as one of the PAP mandated by
the Duivision. Parents help in cleaning the area and it was developed by school
personnel .

Since the school has been a recepient of the Department of Agriculture tools
and seeds , it became easy for the school to implement.

Provision of drainage since the areas is lowlying and flooded when it rains.
Making of plots was a bit hard because the soil is stony but due to
determination and persistent of the school personnel to have GPP, the
implementation has came into realization.

It was plant with different kinds of vegetable like squash, okra, pechay, sitaw,
gabi, kamote, peanut and others. Watering every day and weeding is done ,
fertilizer was applied so that the plants will grow healthy and big.

Pechay was harvested harvested (2 plots) and has a good yield as evidence the
plants had gained from fertilizer.

We still planting the next batch of pechay , we also tried to plant carrot, green
onion, peanuts and some herbs.

This program had helped us a lot because we donnot any more buy vegetable
as our viand. We just harvest the produce from our garden.

We encourage the parents to do gardening , since the school has a vast area to
plant . In fact some parents had asked seeds for planting in their backyard.

It is hope that this project become sustainabale for us also to cut down
expenses from viand since prices of commodities is getting higher and higher.
