A-3 DELIVERY TERMS

CNF Recommended terms (according to Inco terms 2000):

Dar es Salaam (TZDAR) Tanzania

OFFLOADING PORT

CIF, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

A-4 INSPECTION OF THE GOODS BY BUYER (ART.3)

Inspection at loading port will be done by SGS or equivalent at Loading Port.

Buyer can witness of pre-shipment inspection as well as loading at Dar es Salaam (TZDAR) Tanzania
sea port

A-5 RETENTION OF TITLE (ART.7)

The Seller shall retain the FULL OWNERSHIP CLEAR TITLE of his goods until after the FULL payment of
funds is done to a nominated account of the Seller’s choice by the buyer.

A-7 PAYMENT CONDITIONS (ART.5)

Buyer shall issue Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) to the seller for the value of the goods as agrees with
accompanying all shipping and inspection documents including bill of lading. Inspection by SGS or
equivalent inspection company at loading and unloading port

QUANTITY : 60,000 MT

(b) CONTRACT

QUANTITY : 5000 MT/month x 12 months

INTRODUCTION : SHIPPING DOCUMENTS:

1. Commercial Invoices (3 originals and 3 copies)

2. Packing Lists (per shipment where Applicable)

3. Reports of QUALITY /QUANTITY analysis issued by SGS or equivalent inspection company

at loading port

4. Clean on-Board Bill of Lading 3 originals

5. Seller’s Shipment Advises (1-Original)

Procedure:
 1) After buyer sign FCO seller give contract.

2) After buyer sign contract invoice send for him to send draft SBLC to check before we can
proceed.

We, Mebo Farms and Partners do here by issue this FCO binding ourselves individually and
collectively to all the above captioned terms and conditions set herein and under PENALTY of PERJURY
clause BREACH thereof, and do hereby sign, execute and deliver this FCO in Nigeria.
