For our Ice Cream Crepe, the base is a combination of whipped cream
and syrups. Customers can then select their fillings from a variety of options
like grapes, mangoes, strawberries, or bananas, and drizzle with tantalizing
caramel, sweet strawberry, or rich chocolate syrup. To complete the
indulgence, the crowning glory of our Ice Cream Crepe is a scoop of
delectable ice cream, adding a delightful finishing touch.
On the other hand, our Crepe Rolls offer a diverse range of options.
Sweet Crepe Rolls feature the perfect blend of flavors, offering options like

chocolate and whipped cream paired with fresh and ripe bananas or the
tropical sweetness of mangoes. For those with a savoury palate, we present
two Crepe Roll options: one featuring ham and cheese, and another
showcasing a delightful chicken and cheese combination.

Objectives
The idea of creating a business that offers new products and tastes to the
residents of Bansaleños is what drove seven ambitious students to establish
AJ’s Crepe Delight. By conducting a thorough analysis of the local market, the
founders of AJ’s noticed that no one in town was offering crepes. Therefore,
starting a crepe business provided them with a competitive edge and a great
opportunity to introduce delightful crepes to the local community. This venture
offers a unique twist by bringing French cuisine to Bansaleños without the
need to travel to France or spend a fortune.
In the middle of August year 2023, AJ’s Crepe Delight was founded and
operated by seven innovative students who are currently a 4 th year college
studying Business Administration Major in Financial Management. AJ’s Crepe
Delight existed through the combination of different skill sets and hobbies from
each team member. All seven individuals have basic knowledge in aspects of
finance, marketing, business management; have background about baking,

passionate about cooking food and making desserts. The combination of
skills, knowledge and passion amongst the member of AJ’s Crepe Delight
established the partnership, believing that this is the excellent time to start a
crepe business with the goal of achieving high probability of success.

Our business idea existed out of a collective desire to make food the
centerpiece of our venture. The shared vision among our team members was
to create a business that champions the promotion of healthy foods without
compromising on taste. Hence, AJ's Crepe Delight was created, with the

combining their favorite ingredients into a single, satisfying serving.
The name "AJ's Crepe Delight" was thoughtfully chosen, with "Delight"
symbolizing the immense pleasure and satisfaction we aim to provide, and
"AJ's" representing a combination of our team's initials the word “Crepe” is the
main dish or specialty that the business will be serving. It's a brand name that
perfectly aligns with our diverse range of crepe offerings and quality services,
creating a brand that encapsulates our dedication to delivering delightful
culinary experiences. AJ's Crepe Delight stands out not only for the
mouthwatering crepes we serve but also for our commitment to making

For our dine-in customers, In front of the booth is our dining area, we offer
a seating area with tables and chairs, where our valued customers can savor
their crepes in a cozy and inviting ambiance.
For those on the go, we offer a convenient takeout option to ensure that
you can relish our crepes wherever you please. Additionally, for our online
customers, we maintain an active Facebook page for seamless ordering and
updates. Our delivery services are readily available for those residing in

Starting a new crepe business indeed involves several critical factors that
should be meticulously planned and executed. From the initial capital funding
to day-to-day operations, these aspects are integral to the success of AJ's
Crepe Delight. In our case, as a partnership business, each partner will
provide the agreed amount on the basis of an equal contribution, which would
basically serve as our capital fund.
At AJ's Crepe Delight, we initially pooled our capital from the seven
partners who cofounded the business. Each of the seven partners invested
₱500, resulting in a total capital of ₱3,500 to start our venture. This collective
contribution allowed us to secure the necessary funds for the initial setup,
equipment, and raw materials required to operate our crepe business. This
allowed us to launch AJ's Crepe Delight and ensure our successful operation.
As our business operates and generates revenue, we reinvest our profits to
fund ongoing operations and potential expansions.
