If you want to know the answer to the question we have to understand what is vegetarian? vegetarian is
a person who doesn’t eat anything made from animals . And vegans divided into 2 types. One is the
person have a diet including milk and milk products. we call it is a lacto-vegetarian, and the others who
never eat anything derived from animals including milk and eggs . although everybody knows that meat
have protein which it very essential for human , vegetarian cant eat that . but the member of vegetarian
