MEMORANDUM

Subject: - PERMISSION FOR EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH CAA

It is submitted that the 06 residential quarters (4 G type and 2 H type) were handed to
PMD, Gilgit, by CAA, Gilgit, in lieu of the 03 rooms of MO, Gilgit. This exchange was done on a
no-cost basis. Presently, the official staff of RMC-Gilgit is residing in these quarters, though they are
in deteriorated condition. Now CAA headquarters is requesting to provide stamp paper worth Rs.
100/- for the license agreement (copy enclosed).

2. In this regard, it is submitted that permission for a license may kindly be accorded,
mentioning the exchange of the above-mentioned premises on a no-cost basis.
