COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into this 19th of April 2023 in the Municipality of
San Nicolas, Province of Ilocos Norte by and between:

MARIE CASTILLO, 47 years old, married, government employee,

holder of valid driver’s license with number A10-18-003212 and a
resident of Bgry. 22, San Nicolas, Pangasinan hereafter referred to as
the FIRST PARTY;

and

MARK PATACCO, 32 years old, married, promo dicer, holder of valid

driver’s license with number N04-09-00346, and a resident of Bgry.
Valido, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, hereafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTY.

WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, that both the FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY were
involved in a road crash incident on April 15, 2023 at about 12:50 P.M. along the
Manila North Road vicinity of Brgy 22, , San Nicolas, Pangasinan, where the
Honda CBR motorcycle with plate number NA 21846 being driven by the
SECOND PARTY bumped the black Toyota Altis with plate number ZAX 633
being driven by the FIRST PARTY;

WHEREAS, the said road crash incident had caused damage on the black
Toyota Altis with plate number ZAX 633 being driven by the FIRST PARTY
amounting P15,000.00;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY admits full responsibility of the said

incident and damage on the black Toyota Altis with plate number ZAX 633 being
driven by the FIRST PARTY;

NOW WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants

and agreements herein established, hereby agrees as follows:

1. The SECOND PARTY hereby commits to pay the amount of P15,000.00 to

the FIRST PARTY in two (2) equal installments.

2. The SECOND PARTY commits to pay the first installment in the amount
of P7,500.00 on April 19, 2023 and the 2 nd installment in the amount of
P7,500.00 on May __, 2023.

3. The FIRST PARTY commits to relive the SECOND PARTY of any

responsibility on the damages to her Toyota Altis with plate number ZAX
633 after the complete satisfaction by the SECOND PARTY of his
obligation under this Compromise Agreement;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties here unto set their hands on the date and
place indicated above.

same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me
that the same is their free act and voluntary deed.

This instrument which refers to a Deed of Absolute Sale consists of two (2)
pages including this page where the acknowledgement is written, signed by the
parties and their instrumental witnesses thereon.
