NOT an average; it is a rating based on a reasoned and consensual judgment. Indicate this rating on the column for Final Rating.

Note that if the Ratee gets NO (Not Observed) in an indicator, write 3 as the Final Rating.

OTHER COMMENTS:
 The teacher started her lesson with preliminaries: prayer, checking of the attendance and the classroom rules.
 The teacher reviewed the last lesson through a crossword puzzle.
 The teacher stated the objectives of the lesson before presenting the lesson.
 The teacher showed a picture for her motivation.
 The teacher applies extensive knowledge and content beyond her area of specialization. She also integrates her lesson to English 10 and
Edukasyon Pagpapakatao 1.
 The teacher provided instructional materials for the students to use and for clarifications of a certain lesson.
 The teacher asked the learners to formulate a formula to enhanced students in achieving literacy and numeracy.
 The teacher provides a broad questions and activities that includes HOTS questions (why, what, when, how) to challenge learners to
developed critical and creative thinking.
 The teacher always praises the students after every correct answer they give.
 The teacher let the students participate in the discussion in order for them to give their opinion on the certain topic.
 The teacher chooses some scenarios and let the students act them out to managed classroom structure so that the students can explore
and discover their ability as individual.
 The teacher provided an activity sheets for students to answer their evaluation.
 The teacher has the mastery of the subject matter.
