Microsoft word is a powerful word processing application that allows users to produce typed

documents. These can range from simple letters to fax cover sheets, reference manuals and

sophisticated reports incorporating numbered headings, figures and graphics . One of the

benefits that MS Word brought to an individual is that it becomes an accessible tool to create

different word processing formats depending on the need and importance. There are also

some instances that we barely need the integration of MS Word with other programs such as

when an individual is working with a Powerpoint presentation and wants to provide handout

for his audience by means of thumbnail which is a miniature of slide or picture he can

easily convert Powerpoint presentation to a word document (Siddiq, et.al, 2015). Learning MS

Word plays a vital role in improving technological capacity of an individual and thus, it

definitely caters the need of the whole specifically the students in terms of attaining

educational, personal and social purposes.
